Understand this well. It is just ten truths. I am going to tell you the essence of the entire Arunachala Puranam in these ten truths. To live 2026 as a new life, internalize these ten truths.
The First Truth
Confront the stories you tell yourself about yourself within your own feelings. Weeping, confront the stories you tell about yourself.
The past is nothing; I have said this before. The memories you hold now about the past are just the Karma bondage (Karma Pinaippu) that controls you; other than that, there is no such thing as “the past.”
Another important matter: the memories you hold about the past do not truly reflect the past. That is why, Sir, as you grow, as you mature, as your desires and fears change, the collection of memories you hold about your past also changes.
The Second Step
Please, without bringing in this feeling of “I” and interfering, observe silently what is happening inside you. inside your mind (Manasu), inside your intellect (Buddhi), inside you.
Whatever is happening within your Chidakasham (space of consciousness), observe it silently. For at least 20 minutes a day, sit silently and observe exactly “what is there inside you.” Observe yourself with deep peace (Parama Shantham) from a place of profound silence.
The Third Truth
Without speaking, Smari (remember); without speaking, do Smaranam and stay established in the fullness (Puranam). This is the third. Listen with tears. Smaranam without swirling.
Understand this word Arunachala Smaranam very well, Sir. In your life, 99% of people do not experience anything until the very end. No matter how much good happens or bad happens in life, by speaking inside, by letting swirling words run, you live and perish without that real experience ever making you whole.
Understand well. Even sorrow, even a bad experience—even what you think is bad—if you sink deep into it and experience it deeply without swirling, without that stream of thoughts running inside, Neuropeptides and toxins will not stay in your organs.
I will tell you the way to attain undiminishing youth. Listen, Sir. It is a supreme secret (Parama Rahasyam). Whether it is pleasure or pain, whatever the experience, dive into it without swirling.
The Fourth Truth
Please release all kinds of fear, sorrow, guilt, and memories held about the past that are not helpful to your life. Throw them away. Unshackle them.
The Fifth Truth
Unite your entire energy with your Sankalpam (resolve/will). That is, regarding the course of your life, regarding your daily activities—make everything a Conscious Sankalpam.
Change your decisions into Conscious Decisions, making yourself disciplined and organized, and spend your entire energy in that manner.
The Sixth Truth
Approach the Uncomfort—approach the Tapas (austerity)—like a teacher, like a Guru. Do not approach it with hatred as an enemy.
There is Discomfort, you see? That is, to achieve anything, one has to undergo many Tapas, one has to go through many discomforts. One has to go through difficulties. See these difficulties, this Tapas, as a Guru, as God. Accept them.
Only if this Guru called “difficulties” comes into your life can you attain the final state called Success. Transformation requires Discomfort. The greatest growth, goodness, and new life can only be attained by going through discomfort. It can only be attained by going through difficulties.
If difficulties are coming in life, understand: you are going in the right direction.
The Seventh Truth
It is true that your past was very bad. Because, no matter what is said, no one will believe that your past was excellent. “No, no, it could have been better than this, it could have been better than this, it could have been like this, it could have been like that”—you will think.
That the past was bad is bad news. But there is a big piece of good news. The past is a dead past. Therefore, do not worry about it. Forgive yourself for having lived this life.
You might be measuring the past with your current Updated Intelligence. Using this, you might be creating guilt, longing, hatred, and fear. First, stop that. Forgive yourself for the many things you did in the past for Survival Needs.
Approach yourself with a little patience, with Shraddha (faith/dedication), with Gnana (wisdom), and with intelligence—approach with kindness. Approach with compassion. Forgive your past. Forgive yourself. Release your past.
The Eighth Truth
This is a very high truth. Operate in life with sweetness and bliss (Anandam). Be a very “light” person and operate, Sir. In the eternal happening (Nithya Nigazhvu), operate always with sweetness and bliss, Sir.
Stop this postponing. “We can see tomorrow,” “We can see two days later.” What is the urgency right now? One of my Kailash-dwellers asked exactly that: “What, must we finish everything today itself? Must we finish it today itself? What is the rush? We can do it later.”
Saying “We can do it later, we can do it later” is the Asuran (demon), the Rakshasan inside you. It is the evil force inside you.
Understand well. Do not think failure in your life comes because you made some huge mistake. It comes only as this small mistake.
Listen deeply. Without being controlled or suppressed by your actions, fear, dread, shame, or any other ordinary emotional turbulence, allow actions to happen from the fullness of life’s liveliness—and make them happen like that.
The Ninth Truth
Bring clarity and sharp intelligence to your purpose. Organize your purpose and the priorities that must be done first in that purpose.
The first thing: Before entering 2026, sit down now and list exactly towards which goal you must operate. What is your priority?
- Regarding your physical health
- Regarding mental health
- Regarding relationships
- Regarding wealth
- Regarding your social activities in society
List the priorities of what you must do in all the fields you wish to progress in. Break yourself out of self-pity and get out.
The Tenth Truth
Before entering this 2026, decide very clearly: “I am entering the 2026 as a New Person.”
As a new life, as a new energy, I am entering this 2026. Understand that your strength, courage, Shraddha, unyielding drive (Uthvegam), motivation, inspiration, and the power to convert that into discipline—all these are your assets.
The one who creates life is the one who attains victory. He who takes Deliberate Decisions, takes firm decisions, and decides on the Transformation Choice—he alone attains victory.
