Shaiva Agamas, the authoritative scriptures revealed directly by Lord Shiva, declare that we are all nothing but Shiva Himself. Hence the mantra

‘Shivoham (Shiva I Am)’ or Nithyanandoham (Eternal Bliss I Am)’

are used interchangeably, as the Avatar of Paramahamsa Nithyananda is nothing but Shiva Himself, as are all of us. Realigning our physical, mental and psychological states to be in tune with Shiva can be done in one of two ways. 

In the first way, which is the long route, years of practice involving the body, the mind and the psychology may lead us to the cognition of Shivoham, either in this birth or thereafter. 

In the second way, infusing the space of Shivoham can be done in a scientific manner, by harnessing the energy pattern of the Cosmos represented by the Sri Chakra Mandala, and the use of specific sounds like the Shodasi Mantra to raise the disciples en masse to the space of Shivoham.

In the last one year, thousands of disciples have been initiated into the rare process of SHIVOHAM (experiencing the space of Shiva).
