Rama is Purushottama, the supreme complete manifestation of divine consciousness.
Yet the world remembers Rama as a great king, when Sanatana Hindu Dharma must recognize him as Jagat Guru, the teacher of the entire world and the cosmic dimension.
Even the greatest Rama Bhaktas (devotees of Rama) and the Ramayat Sampradaya (schools devoted to Rama) have overlooked this profound truth: Rama was the first Acharya (spiritual teacher) who compiled and organized the 108 Upanishads and presented them in the Muktikopanishad. This remains the most comprehensive scripture on liberation.
Consider the recognition each avatar receives in history. Krishna is remembered for the Bhagavad Gita. Vyasa is remembered for organizing the Vedas and Puranas. Yet Rama should be celebrated equally for compiling all the 108 Upanishads—a task of immense spiritual significance.
There was profound confusion in those times: “What is the real message of the Vedas?” Different interpretations created fragmentation in understanding. Rama responded by clearly compiling and systematically presenting all the Upanishads through the Muktikopanishad, removing all ambiguity.
This is sacred knowledge that deserves recognition.
The Prasthanatraya: Three Pillars of Hindu Philosophy
The three foundational scriptures of Sanatana Hindu Dharma are:
1. The Upanishads — compiled by Sri Ramachandra Prabhu
2. The Brahma Sutras — systematized by Vyasa
3. The Bhagavad Gita — revealed by Lord Krishna
Together, these form the Prasthanatraya (the three foundational paths). Yet globally, only Krishna and the Bhagavad Gita receive widespread attention, while Rama‘s monumental contribution to compiling and organizing all the Upanishads remains largely forgotten. This must change.
The Core Teaching: Reality is a Simulation of Consciousness
The most revolutionary insight that emerges from the Upanishads is this: Recognizing the simulation of consciousness is the precise threshold of awakening.
Everything good, everything auspicious, everything right in this universe begins when you realize this fundamental truth:
The world around you is not final reality. It is a psychological simulation projected directly from your consciousness itself. This is not metaphor—it is literal truth.
Most people operate from a profound illusion. They believe that they are trapped inside reality, that reality is external and fixed, that they have no power over it. The opposite is true:
You are not inside reality. Reality is inside you.
This inner simulation is not digital, not technologically imposed from outside. It is an internal loop—an ecosystem of beliefs, assumptions, and states of consciousness that you yourself sustain moment to moment through your inner awareness.
Consciousness Education: The Missing Foundation
If there is one subject that must be taught in the world’s educational systems, it is the direct study of consciousness itself.
Not religious dogma. Not blind belief. But direct, testable understanding: Reality originates inside you.
Remarkably, it takes only a few sessions of genuine instruction to make any child grasp this truth and begin to operate from it. Yet this fundamental education is absent from global systems.
The Law of Internal Reflection: Your Life as Mirror
Here is a law that operates beneath the surface of all events: The external world is a perfect mirror of your internal consciousness.
You are not actually meeting people as they are. You are meeting your beliefs about them, your projections onto their actions. You are not facing external problems. You are facing reflections of your inner psychological states.
Every situation in your life—whether painful or joyful—is a mechanical echo of your internal patterns of consciousness. This is why the same external situation produces different experiences in different people. The situation itself is neutral; your inner state is the active variable.
Every event is a feedback loop showing you what you hold inside.
The Fundamental Mistake of Humanity
The majority of humanity commits one critical error: they attempt to change the external world while ignoring the internal source.
You cannot fight shadows on the wall. Shadows are effects, not causes. Fighting shadows is futile. To end suffering caused by shadows, you must turn around and change the source of light—change the consciousness projecting the shadow.
Change must begin here: with your inner consciousness, your beliefs, your states of awareness. When the source changes, reality reorganizes itself spontaneously. Problems dissolve. Opportunities emerge. Relationships transform. New possibilities become visible.
The Mind: The Gateway to Both Bondage and Liberation
Here is the source of all experience: Mind alone is the cause of both bondage and liberation.
When the mind is attached to the senses—when it is enslaved by unconscious sensory reactions—bondage manifests as suffering. When the mind is freed from unconscious sensing and elevated to conscious awareness, liberation arises spontaneously.
The practice is to bring full consciousness into every act: Seeing becomes conscious seeing. Hearing becomes conscious hearing. Touching becomes conscious touching. Thinking becomes conscious thinking. This shift in awareness is everything.
“I Am”: The Command Line of Reality
The most powerful principle in the universe operates through the statement “I am.”
Whatever you attach to “I am” becomes your lived reality.
If you say “I am powerful,” that state realizes itself. If you say “I am exhausted,” exhaustion manifests physically. If you say “I am rich,” abundance flows. If you say “I am poor,” scarcity becomes your experience.
“I am” is the command line through which consciousness writes reality. Your subconscious mind accepts it as absolute, unquestionable truth and orchestrates every cell, every neuron, every circumstance to match that statement.
Choose your “I am” declarations carefully. They become you.
Inner Speech Creates Your Inner Reality
Your dominant inner dialogue—the conversation you hold with yourself—writes the script of your life.
This inner speech is not powerless commentary. It actively programs your experience, designs your responses, and predicts your future. It is software running your system.
Master it through two practices: Vak Shuddhi (the purity of speech, especially your inner speech) and Vak Tapas (the disciplined transformation of your speech).
Discipline your inner dialogue, and watch your external reality shift.
The Four States of Consciousness: Gateways to Mastery
Hindu philosophy describes four fundamental states of consciousness, each revealing different aspects of reality:
1. Jagrat (Waking State): Your normal interaction with the physical world through the five senses. This is the state most people think of as “reality.”
2. Swapna (Dream State): The inner symbolic world where you create entire universes in your mind. In dreams, you are the creator, actor, and audience simultaneously.
3. Sushupti (Deep Sleep): The state where individual identity dissolves and you rest in pure consciousness without thought. This is renewal.
4. Turiya (Witness State): The constant, unchanging awareness that observes all three states yet remains untouched by them. This is your true nature.
When you stabilize in Turiya—in that constant witnessing awareness—the simulation of waking life no longer controls you. You become free.
Deep Sleep: The Gateway of Transformation
Deep sleep is not merely rest. It is a profound gateway of transformation occurring each night.
In deep sleep, the consciousness:
Dissolves old patterns and negative imprints. Resets the nervous system to neutral. Clears the accumulated impressions stored in the subconscious mind.
The causal body (Karana Sharira) stores the very seeds of all your patterns—all your tendencies, all your psychological habits, all your karmic impressions. Deep sleep is that portal where renewal happens at the deepest level. It is the hard disk reset of your entire being, yet most people are unconscious during this miraculous process.
Yoga Nidra: Reprogramming Your Reality
But there is a practice that allows you to consciously direct this reprogramming process: Yoga Nidra, the conscious sleep technique.
Before you enter sleep each night, enter a deeply relaxed state and perform this sacred technique:
1. Enter a state of complete physical and mental relaxation
2. Visualize your desired outcome with total clarity
3. Feel the reality of it in every cell—not as fantasy but as present truth
4. Release all concern about “how” it will manifest
5. Drop into sleep holding that feeling
This moment is exceptionally powerful because your conscious mind is relaxed and your subconscious becomes fully programmable. It is the precise window when reality can be rewritten.
The Zero Point Field and Samadhi: The Source
Darkness is not empty—it is full of potential. When external sensory noise ceases, when you turn your attention completely inward, you approach the deepest truth.
This leads to:
Chidakasha (the infinite space of consciousness), where boundaries dissolve and you experience the infinite.
Direct knowing, where truth is experienced immediately, bypassing conceptual thought.
Samadhi, the state of perfect absorption where the observer, the observation, and the observed merge into undivided awareness.
This is the source. This is home.
Collapsing Desire into Reality: The Law of Manifestation
Desire is not weakness—it is not a sign of lack. Desire is a signal from your future self calling you forward.
True manifestation is not about forcing things to happen. It is about matching your vibration and frequency to the reality you desire. When you match the frequency, that reality rushes toward you.
This is why the ancient teaching says: “Believe first, and reality will appear. Do not say, ‘I will believe when I see.’ Say instead, ‘Believe, and then you will see.’”
“Seeing” is not the prerequisite for belief. Belief is the prerequisite for seeing. This is how reality works.
Identity Creates Destiny: The Ultimate Law
Here is the most essential truth: You do not get what you want. You experience what you are conscious of being.
Your identity—your core sense of who you are—is the instruction set that runs your life. You cannot achieve success while maintaining the identity of a failure. You cannot attract abundance while holding the identity of scarcity. The identity you hold creates a gravitational field that draws matching experiences.
Transform your identity, and your destiny transforms.
Sahaja Samadhi: Living Enlightenment
The ultimate destination of spiritual practice is Sahaja Samadhi, the state of natural, effortless enlightenment.
In this state:
You continue your life functioning normally—working, relating, creating—yet your awareness remains rooted in the constant consciousness of the Divine. Life is no longer a problem to be solved but a sacred dance to be participated in fully. Every moment becomes meaningful. Every experience becomes an opportunity for deeper realization.
You are awake and at peace simultaneously. You are in the world but not of it. This is the free state.
Final Instruction: Recreate Yourself Tonight
Tonight, enter into conscious sleep with this practice:
Use Yoga Nidra to consciously delete the past you no longer wish to carry. Your past is not truth—it is merely a collection of recordings, impressions, and concluded conclusions.
Erase those old files. Recreate your reality fresh. Rewrite your story. Rebuild your identity. Rebirth yourself with new possibilities. Manifest from this moment forward.
Here are the sacred steps:
Relive any positive moment. Relieve yourself of all regret. Delete the past that doesn’t serve you. Erase all self-limiting beliefs. Recreate a new vision of yourself. Rewrite your story with new power. Rebuild your life with intentionality. Manifest your highest potential. Live as Paramashiva now—in this very moment.
Do this nightly. Watch your reality shift.
Closing Blessings
I bless each of you. May the eternal consciousness of Atmarama (the bliss of the inner self) awaken and manifest fully through your being, enlightening everyone you encounter.
May Paramashiva (supreme consciousness) shower Paramadvaita (the highest non-dual wisdom) upon all beings.
May this knowledge bring revolution to your life and light to your path.
Blessings.
