That is, if you just understand the structure of your consciousness… a massive feeling… towards the supreme primordial source of the universe… even for beings to attain ultimate liberation (Paramukti), those in the realms below the earth can slip into this Aham Swabhavam (true nature) only when one lifetime ends and the next begins. Those in the higher realms can only do it by performing severe penance. This Aham Swabhavam is a daily experience (Anubhuti), naturally and consciously structured only for one being… any pleasure that strengthens the senses without destroying them…
If you understand this science… your memory reservoir… the world is not just made of events. It is not that. Rather, it is made of the impacts those events left within you. This one alchemy of wisdom technique, penance alone… Om Om As the ultimate manifestation Paramashiva‘s Kalandhaka Murthy, Kala Bhairava Murthy, I bless you all with Paramadvaita. Om. All the Paramashivasena participants in Kailasa Thiruvannamalai, Kailasa Kinivisa, blessings everyone of you. All the Chitsabha members in Kailasa Kinivisa, blessings to each and everyone of you.
Today I am initiating all the Paramashivasena participants into consciously designing the body. Sit and listen to this Satsang. I will reveal all the deepest secrets of how consciously designing your body is consciously directly manifesting enlightenment and how consciously directly manifesting enlightenment may manifest the conscious body. Blessing everyone of you. And all the participants, Kalabhairava Homa Yajamans (patrons), and all the Chitsabha members and Rajyasabha members… blessings to everyone of you. I give you Sankalpa Phalasiddhi (fulfillment of intention) with whatever intention and prayer…
The Five Padam, Shakti, and Sthithi of Paramashivatvam
…you offered this Homa. Fulfill right now. Blessing. Thathasthu. Today is the fifth day of the Thiruvilayadal Satsang. And the first day of the beginning of the Chithirai grand festival. Today, the Chithirai grand festival begins in Madurai, the Dwadasantha Sthalam (twelfth spiritual center). Tomorrow is Akshaya Tritiya. On this auspicious day, the fifth day of the Thiruvilayadal Satsang… listen deeply. The truths described to you in yesterday’s Satsang will be elaborated upon deeply today. That is, Paramashiva‘s five powers. Rather than ‘powers’, they are the five states (Padam) of Paramashivatvam. Now, Nithyatvam (Eternity), Purnatvam (Completeness)…
…Sarvagnatvam (Omniscience), Sarva Kartrutvam (Omnipotence), Sarva Vyapakatvam (Omnipresence). Anything ending with ‘tvam‘ is a state (Padam), His existence. If we say ‘Sarvagnatva Shakti‘ (power of omniscience), it is a power. Here, more than a power, it is His existence. Understand well. Now, something that is lost and regained is a power (Shakti). Something that can never be lost, being one’s own existence, is ‘tvam‘, Padam (state). Now, Sarvagnatvam is a power for sentient beings who are in illusion (Maya). If you come out of this Kanchuka (cloak of limitation), you will attain and express Sarvagnatvam. This is…
…a power for you. For the Supreme Being, this is not a power. Because He is forever unaffected by the Kanchukas, this is an existence for Him. Understand the difference between these two. Sarvagnatvam, Sarva Kartrutvam, Purnatvam, Nithyatvam, and Sarva Vyapakatvam. For sentient beings who believe they are trapped in bondage, in Maya, these five are powers (Shakti); and for the Lord (Pathi) who is never caught in bondage and is the master of the bound souls (Pashu) and the bondage (Paasam), they are states (Padam). Therefore, Sarvagnatvam…
…Sarva Kartrutvam, Sarva Vyapakatvam, Nithyatvam, Purnatvam. These five are states, existence. The Lord keeps it as His existence. Now, the next profound ultimate truth and ultimate secret. The Supreme Lord Himself reveals this ultimate secret in the Tantras and Agamas. Listen deeply. That is, the Devas (celestials), Yogis, and Pitrus (ancestors) in the higher realms that exist in the vertical time zone… Swarga Loka, Mahar Loka, Tapo Loka…
…Jana Loka, Tapo Loka. The sentient beings in these realms cannot cross Maya. Listen deeply. For them, this Sarvagnatvam, Sarva Kartrutvam, Sarva Vyapakatvam, Nithyatvam, Purnatvam are all just powers. But for human beings alone, He describes them using the word ‘Sthithi‘ (state/condition). What does that mean? Even when a human being is bewildered by bondage, bound by Maya, and imagining himself to be a bound soul (Pashu), his Sthithi (true condition) is still that of the Lord (Pathi). Therefore, only for humans…
…He uses the word ‘Sthithi‘. Sarvagnatvam, Sarva Kartrutvam, Vyapakatvam, Purnatvam, and Nithyatvam are ‘Sthithi‘ only for human beings. What does that mean? Listen deeply. If you understand Sanskrit grammar a little, you will understand the difference I am explaining. These five things: Sarvagnatvam, Sarva Kartrutvam, Purnatvam, Nithyatvam, Sarva Vyapakatvam. For the Supreme Lord Paramashiva, these five are existence, Padam (state). For other sentient beings in the lower realms like Atala, Vitala, Sutala, Talatala, and Patala…
…and in the higher realms like Bhuva, Suva, Maha, Jana, Tapa, and Satya, this Sarvagnatvam, Sarva Kartrutvam, Sarva Vyapakatvam, Purnatvam, and Nithyatvam is a power (Shakti), something attained by remembering. For human beings alone, it is neither a Padam nor a Shakti, it is ‘Sthithi‘. That means, it is attained the moment it is remembered, and forgotten due to forgetfulness. Understand well. That is, just by understanding the structure of your consciousness… a massive feeling of gratitude towards the Supreme Lord Paramashiva, the primordial source of the universe, will surge and overflow. Understand well.
Even sentient beings in Satya Loka and Brahma Loka must come to earth if they want to attain ultimate liberation (Paramukti). Because this body we bear, the body we humans bear, right? This body is structured in a way to establish a direct relationship with consciousness, to commune with consciousness daily, to move with and merge into consciousness. Understand well. For the past four or five days in Satsang, I have been saying some important words. Naturally slipping away from Ahambhavam (ego)…
…traveling through the Karana Sharira (causal body), and immersing into Aham Swabhavam (true nature) is our natural conscious structure ordained for us humans every 24 hours. The structure of our inner feeling. But for the sentient beings in the lower realms like Atala, Vitala, Sutala, Talatala, and Patala, only once in a lifetime can that soul naturally detach from Ahambhavam and fall into Aham Swabhavam through the bridge called Karana Sharira. Similarly, for the sentient beings in the higher realms up to Swarga, Maha, Jana, Tapa, and Satya Loka…
…falling from this Ahambhavam into Aham Swabhavam through the Karana Sharira can happen only if they perform severe penance. Understand well. Those in the lower realms can slip into this Aham Swabhavam only during death, only when one lifetime ends and the next begins. Those in the higher realms can slip into Aham Swabhavam only by doing severe penance. The reason is, they only have an upgraded Ahambhavam; Aham Swabhavam is not an experience (Anubhuti) for them.
Do Not Waste the Rarest Body in Creation
Understand well. That is why I say, the only sentient being structured consciously for this Aham Swabhavam to be a daily, natural experience is the human being. That is why I say, having taken a human body, do not go to a wretched job, slave away for a manager, and die a ruined death! Having attained this great, rare thing called the human body, do not waste it by working for worthless people. My saying that ‘going to a job itself is wretchedness’ has spread all over social media. Now, how many in the Paramashivasena came after watching that video? Raise your hands.
Oh! What a variety of comments and likes! The entire Gen Z has accepted me as their Guru! After watching that single video, the entire Gen Z has accepted me as their Guru! ‘Is there a Guru like this?’ Sir, understand well. I am not saying ‘don’t work’. I am saying ‘don’t go to a job’. That is, do not lose your life laboring for someone else, working for someone else. If you are your own boss, if you are the master of your own day… sir, very simply…
…if you apply all this quantum manifestation science I am telling you, you can very easily earn the wealth needed for life, sir. Going to a job… that is, selling your time to someone else, is a very cruel thing. No matter how many examples I give… I gave one example: Even if you hang yourself, life will leave in 15 minutes. Going to a job is equal to hanging on a noose without dying, constantly agonizing while hanging on the noose. I said that. Not only going to a job, sir…
…such a wonderful, rare… understand well, even the Devas. Indra, Vayu, Varuna… they can all comfortably drink Soma, dance with Rambha, Menaka, and Urvashi, and have fun in heaven if they want. ‘Sir, enough of this headache! Even this pleasure is somewhat cloying, it comes and goes. I want ultimate liberation (Paramukti)!’ If they think that, they have to come to earth! Only by coming here can they do Shiva Puja. Only by coming here can they meditate. Only by coming here can they take Deeksha. Only by taking a human body…
…can one slip from that Ahambhavam, cross via the Karana Sharira, establish oneself in Aham Swabhavam, become a Jivan Mukta (liberated while living), and then live as a Para Mukta (ultimately liberated). ‘Is it right next to Kailasam from there? Can we just go straight there?’ Then why go around the mountain in Thiruvannamalai… the eight Lingams: Indra Lingam, Agni Lingam, Yama Lingam, Niruthi Lingam, Varuna Lingam, Vayu Lingam, Kubera Lingam, Eesanya Lingam? You can’t just go straight from there. Appu… the airport to Kailasa is right here. You have to come here. Therefore, O humans who have taken human birth, please…
Slow Suicide: Alcohol, Meat, and the Destruction of Subtle Awareness
…listen. Under no circumstances should you commit suicide. Lifestyles that are suicidal… suicide doesn’t just mean setting the body on fire or drinking poison. I don’t mean just that. Drinking poison little by little. Alcohol. It is a slow poison that, instead of filling your consciousness with Shiva to make it an awareness of bliss, turns it into intoxication. Do not drink that. Only if your brain is deep, subtle, and peaceful, and you consciously meditate, think, and…
…visualize (Bhavanai) with Chaitanya (pure consciousness), can you grasp that Supreme Being. When consuming meat, you lose that power. Understand well. What a cruelty! Saying ‘we don’t need meat food’ used to be considered a moral issue even about 25 years ago, sir. But only now, they have turned saying ‘we don’t need meat food’ into a political issue. You sinners! ‘Oh, you said no to meat food? Are you from that party? Are you a Sanghi?’ Oh sinners! Caste arrogance! Sir, the human body is a body that even Devas yearn to attain, sir.
Indra, Varuna, Vayu, Agni might be more powerful than you. But even they do not have the nature of naturally detaching from Ahambhavam once every 24 hours, sinking via the Karana Sharira, and entering Aham Swabhavam, sir. This possibility doesn’t even exist in their conscious infrastructure! This is a possibility that exists only for you. To tell you that and make you understand, I took a human body, came and sat with you, and have been living and explaining it to you. Svargino py etam icchanti lokam nairayikas tatha | sadhakam jnana-bhaktibhyam ubhayam tad-asadhakam ||
‘Even those in heaven and those in hell desire this human birth. Because the human body is the suitable instrument for attaining wisdom and supreme devotion. Neither the heavenly body nor the hellish body are suitable for this wisdom and devotion.’ The Uddhava Gita states this very clearly, sir! 11th Skanda, 20th Chapter, 12th Sloka. Svargino py etam icchanti lokam nairayikas tatha | sadhakam jnana-bhaktibhyam ubhayam tad-asadhakam ||. Therefore, after taking human birth, please…
…do not waste and destroy your life on anything other than attaining the highest things to be attained: Paramashiva Gnana (wisdom), Paramashiva Vijnana (supreme science), and Paramashiva Bhakti (devotion). To live comfortably in this world, to live wealthy, to live with wealth, there are thousands of ways to earn the necessary wealth (Artha) for you to live. You can accumulate it without enslaving your life to someone else. I am teaching you quantum manifestation truths, quantum manifestation hacks. Listen, sir.
You Are Living Only in Your Memory
This human body, and our Chittam (consciousness/mind), intellect, memory, remembering… the power of that memory, Bhava (feeling/visualization)… the powers of all these are beyond what you can even imagine. Understand well. In truth, sir, you are living only in your memory. Your memory, your remembrance… you are living only inside that. What you call your life is mostly a world expanded from your memory. What you call your present is mostly…
…just a recalled pattern appearing again as a new experience. What you refer to as a new experience is always just a recalled pattern, sir. Eating the same dosa in a different shop, or eating in a different hotel, or eating in a different atmosphere… a candle-light dinner, a scented candle dinner… you are just sitting and eating the same dosa in different places. That is why after some time, no matter how many changes you bring, it gets boring.
No matter how many different hotels you change to, it gets boring. Sitting on the floor and eating with your hand, sitting at a table and eating with a spoon, lying on a swing with a plate and eating… whatever you do, you can only eat with your mouth. Therefore, your choices, your search… understand well. Gen Z’s biggest problem is frantically searching for choices, and no matter how many choices they get, foolishly believing that choices themselves are freedom, and assuming that life is all about choices.
But no matter how many choices come, no matter how much they try, life gets boring again, and the frustration of not being able to find the reason for that boredom is the biggest problem Gen Z has. You are torturing your senses. Understand well. You are torturing your body and your senses. In marriage, a husband torturing a wife, a wife torturing a husband… society can intervene and make laws to make this illegal and fix it. But torturing yourself saying ‘Give sensory pleasure, give pleasure, give pleasure’…
…the torture you inflict on your body and mind… what law can fix this? Only through understanding, through wisdom and Dharma, can you fix this yourself. How many of you understand this clearly? That is, even when the eyes are tired, after staring and staring at that screen, and they beg ‘I can’t watch anymore, leave me alone’, saying ‘No, no, let’s watch just one more reel, just one more video. Let’s watch just this one thing’, sitting and forcing the eyes, torturing them saying ‘give pleasure,
give pleasure’. Similarly with the tongue: ‘Enough man, let me go, I haven’t even finished digesting what you already ate and pushing it out through the stomach’, even then saying ‘No, give pleasure, give pleasure’, and excessively dumping harsh tastes. Harsh tastes mean excessive masala, excessive sweetness, foods that stimulate the taste buds excessively. This is you torturing your tongue. ‘Hey, give pleasure, give pleasure!’. Look at how you torture each and every sense like this. A small fundamental truth…
Sattvic Pleasure vs. Sensory Torture: Lord Appar‘s Teaching
…if you understand this, it’s enough. You will not torture your body. What is it? Everything you think of as pleasure, as life, is just your recalled pattern, sir. Just remembering patterns differently, differently, that’s all. If you understand this, you will start enjoying, tasting, and consuming Sattvic (pure/balanced) pleasures that strengthen the senses. Lord Thirunavukkarasu (Appar) explains it, doesn’t he? Today, in the song ‘Maasil veenaiyum maalai madhiyamum‘, very beautifully… ‘Maasil veenai‘ (flawless Veena) gives pleasure to the sense of hearing and also…
…strengthens it, the Veena. ‘Maalai madhiyam‘ (evening moon) is the same. Looking at the evening moon… to the eye, ‘maalai madhiyam‘ is the light of the evening moon. ‘Veesu thendral‘ (blowing southern breeze) to the skin, the body. ‘Veengilavenil‘ (swelling early summer). ‘Moosu vandarai poigai‘ (bee-humming pond). In this ‘Moosu vandarai poigai‘, he shows two tastes/senses: that honey to the tongue, and the fragrance of the lotus from that lotus pond to the nose. He beautifully shows what Sattvic pleasure is for all five senses and the mind. Lord Appar sings: ‘Maasil veenaiyum maalai madhiyamum veesu thendralum veengilavenilum moosu vandarai poigaiyum pondradhe Eesan enthai
inaiyadi nizhale‘ (Like a flawless Veena, the evening moon, the blowing southern breeze, the swelling early summer, and the bee-humming pond is the shadow of the twin feet of my Lord, my Father). Understand well. What is a ‘mature taste’? Any pleasure that does not destroy the senses is a mature taste. Whatever pleasure you experience that strengthens the senses without destroying them, not only is it a very mature taste, but it will also guide you to live a long, healthy life, and for your awareness to attain Paramashiva Gnana (wisdom), Vijnana (supreme science), and Bhakti (devotion). Generally, if you see, temple prasadam (food offerings), those foods, the fragrances in the temple…
…all these are Sattvic pleasures that strengthen the senses. The sandalwood and rose water in the temple, the music played in the temple, the pure maddalam (drum), the Kailasa instruments, temple music, Nadaswaram… understand well. I am not saying to reject sensory pleasures altogether. Mature your awareness to taste and live with pleasures that strengthen your senses. The reason is, your life itself is just your recalled pattern, sir. Because you understand this: one, you won’t search for any huge pleasure from the outside. And even if you search…
Yoga Vasistha: The World Expands from Brahma‘s Memory — and Yours
…you will search for pleasures that do not weaken the senses, do not weaken the body, and do not destroy the mind. You will make such pleasures your lifestyle. Those who make pleasures that strengthen the senses and the mind their lifestyle, live in heaven while they are still alive. You expand your life, your very world, from your memory, sir. Yoga Vasistha says it very beautifully. In the Sthithi Prakaranam, 3rd Chapter, 3rd Sloka: ‘Tat-sankalpatmakam jagat, smruty-atmaiva idam tat-vadi sankalpa-nagaram
sthitam purvam prajapateh‘. That is, even Brahma expands this world only from his memory. We do the exact same thing, sir. ‘Tat-sankalpatmakam jagat, smruty-atmaiva idam tat-vadi sankalpa-nagaram sthitam purvam prajapateh‘. Vasistha is telling lifestyle secrets to Rama. He is telling lifestyle truths. First thing to understand: we must learn all these lifestyle truths in the Gurukul itself. From Prajapati Brahma‘s memory, by his Sankalpa (will/intention), this world expands. Similarly, we too, from our memory…
…from our Sankalpa, expand and see our world. There is nothing else at all. You are not living in the future. You are not living in the present like you imagine either. Memories surging from your past expand as a world, as your life before you, and you are living that as life, enjoying it, tasting it, struggling with it, getting bored by it. You first recall a body. Now, when awake, the physical body (Sthula Sharira). In dreams, the subtle body (Sukshma Sharira).
In deep sleep, the causal body (Karana Sharira). First, you assume that body. You assume that body. That is, just like how a doctor puts on his uniform, a lawyer puts on his uniform, a policeman puts on his uniform, and as soon as they put on that uniform, they assume that role and live that life, similarly, this body is also a kind of uniform. You have three uniforms. In this waking state, the waking state…
…the Sthula Sharira. In the dream state, the Sukshma Sharira. In deep sleep, the Karana Sharira. Whichever uniform, whichever body you clothe yourself in, through that body you express and perceive this universe, your memories. You are not living in the future. You are not living directly in the present as you imagine. Creating the past, because of the past, you put on one of these three uniforms, and express your past memories through that uniform…
…and look at that and live. If a pain comes into your memory, immediately you look at your entire life through that pain. If a fear comes into your memory, immediately you look at your entire future through that fear. If an insult comes into your memory, immediately you look at the entire world through that insult. Any single memory from the past, a single sentence, a single sorrow, a single problem, a single emotional knot, a toxin… can ruin 10 years of your present, sir!
One Toxic Memory Can Ruin Ten Years of Your Present
Gen Z, you use terms like ‘toxic girlfriend’, ‘toxic boyfriend’. First, look at how many toxic memories you hold, man! A ‘toxic mental friend’, a ‘toxic body friend’, understand that. Don’t worry about the toxic girlfriend. Worry about the toxic guilt-friend. Don’t worry about the toxic boyfriend. Look at the toxic body-friend first. It’s nothing, sir. If you think someone is controlling you, immediately flaring up, exploding, destroying everything around you…
…throwing away a business you struggled to build and save for five years, walking out of a business partnership, or breaking and destroying a family you struggled to build for 10 years, or breaking a deep friendship of 20 years right now, or destroying a good reputation or job built over a long time in a career… Just because of one pattern, one painful memory, one memory of insult, you destroy the good things carefully built in life. “I have broken and ruined things, Swami” – how many of you? Raise your hands. You will all understand what I am saying.
Understand well. I am not your enemy, sir. Understand well. I am saying this because I have deep, honest, good, sweet love and affection for you, sir. Do you know the biggest cruelty inflicted upon you, sir? Your consciousness feeling ashamed of you, sir. Even Devas, Indra, Vayu, and Varuna yearn and long for this, wondering ‘Will we get it?’ You have attained this massive body and mind, this rare…
…human birth. Being forced into a confusion and turmoil where you feel ashamed of yourself by a foolish, ignorant society, that is the biggest sorrow in life! Without being taught what true happiness is, making you love unnecessary things that destroy you, and making you feel ashamed of yourself for it… it’s a vicious circle. They say ‘Idiyappam Sikal‘ (a complex mess). This is not just an Idiyappam Sikal, it’s a massive Idiyappam Sikal! A thunderstorm Idiyappam Sikal!
Your Life Is the Circus Tent You Build from Past Memories
Listen deeply, deeply. Your life… your very life is expanded, created, seen, enjoyed, and played out solely from past memories! Even all your struggles are things you expand and create from past memories, sir. You are just setting up a circus tent. Every time you experience a deep emotional turmoil… whenever you intensely experience an emotional turmoil… it turns into your inner world…
…inner universe, sir. Therefore, deeply understand these three things. One: do not allow such deep, agonizing, emotionally turbulent things into your life. If perhaps many such things have already happened… every day, during the time when you naturally detach from Ahambhavam, a boon given to you by God, and immerse into Aham Swabhavam through the Karana Sharira, erasing, erasing, erasing all those toxins and poisons related to your past, and writing/creating your…
…past beautifully the way you desire. First priority. Understand well. Whenever you have felt deep guilt or shame in your life… that is, Gen Z, listen especially. Do not wander around searching for reasons for the mistakes you made in your life. I am telling you very clearly. When doing anything, one never knows what is right or wrong. Only after living it out, and seeing its side effects, after-effects, and ripple effects, can one understand if it was right or wrong. Therefore…
…do not worry about the reasons at all. Due to the body’s hormonal pressure, feeling the need for a relationship and pleasure from the outside, your various desires… I am not just talking about sexual desire. Even relating to the pleasure of the tongue, food pleasure. Or sensory pleasures, mental pleasures. For any such action, for any need, for any action, if you did something and accumulated emotional toxins inside because of it, feeling guilt or shame… whatever the toxins are, please do this one single thing.
At night, when immersing from Ahambhavam into Aham Swabhavam through the Karana Sharira, erase the entire past, write how that past should have happened for it to be best for you, and sleep after establishing that. Create it like that and sleep. A multitude of conscious toxins inside you will dissolve and disappear, sir. They will vanish, sir. To an unimaginable extent, within your consciousness, you will start living in massive bliss, comfort, clarity, and an unimaginable feeling.
The Projector and the Slide: Change the Past, Change the Movie
Just now I told you about these five Kanchukas that make you forget your Sthithi (state) of Paramashivatvam: Sarvagnatvam, Sarva Kartrutvam, Purnatvam, Nithyatvam, Vyapakatvam. Making you forget these are Raga Kanchukam, Vidya Kanchukam, Kaala Kanchukam, Kala Kanchukam, Niyati Kanchukam. The only way to destroy these five Kanchukas is to go into the Karana Sharira and erase and change the past over and over again. That is the only way, there is no other way. Because Maya is beginningless (Anaadhi).
It has neither beginning nor end. But the past exists. If you try to find when Maya started… if you search for it, it will end up in the future! That is the play of Maya. If you search for when it is going to end, it will end up in the past! The past and the future are not ‘about to come’ or ‘already gone’ as you think. Thinking the future is ‘about to come’ is foolishness. Thinking the past is ‘already finished’ is foolishness. The future is going to arise only from the past.
The past is sitting, holding the future within it. Maya is beginningless. You only have to do one thing. Erase, erase, erase the past and change it daily the way you desire. If you just change that, it’s enough, sir. You have all seen a projector. Whatever slide we put in front of the projector, that is what appears as reality on the screen. Similarly, your past is the slide, sir. Your consciousness is the projector. If you change the slide called the past, it’s enough. Your…
…movie called life will change. You keep hitting the screen! If you hit and struggle with the screen, you cannot change your life. Change the slide. This slide is the past. Change the past. The future will change. It will change automatically. Realize that there is no separate world outside of your Chaitanya (pure consciousness), sir. It’s nothing, if you change the past two or three times and experience the future changing because of it, your entire brain will awaken brightly and say ‘Aha!
Apart from our Chaitanya, isolated and beyond it, beyond our consciousness, beyond our Chit (awareness), there is no separate world at all’. You will understand this, sir. We are projecting our Chit, our awareness, onto the canvas of space (Ambaram) and watching our life as the cosmic dance of Chidambaram. We expand our consciousness as life and play with it. In Yoga Vasistha, a very wonderful sloka in the Sthithi Prakaranam, 2nd Chapter, 8th Sloka.
Vasistha tells Rama: ‘There is no separate world at all. There never was, and there never will be. The consciousness inside you, the boundless supreme intelligence, that consciousness projects and shows this world using the memories within it. Tasmat rama jagat na aasi na cha asti na bhavishyati. Tasmat rama jagat na aasi na cha asti na bhavishyati. Chetana aakasham eva aasu gachchhati idam iva aatmani.‘ This is the foundation, foundation truth, fundamental truth! Outside of Chaitanya, outside of Chetana, there is no independent, separate world standing as reality.
The world you see is projected only from Chaitanya. It arises in Chaitanya itself. It is experienced in Chaitanya itself. It is explained in Chaitanya itself. It is illuminated by Chaitanya itself. And it dissolves in Chaitanya itself. The problem is not really what is happening outside of you. It is what is happening inside you, in your consciousness. What your Chetana projects, establishes, colors, thinks, and recalls, that is…
…what we need to pay attention to now. If your recalling, your remembrance, is distorted, if it is toxic, the world that is projected will be distorted. A guy went to the doctor. ‘Doctor sir, doctor sir, my whole body aches. If I touch here it hurts, if I touch here it hurts, if I touch here it hurts, if I touch here it hurts. Wherever I touch, it hurts, doctor sir!’ He kept touching and screaming ‘Ah!’. The doctor examined him thoroughly for two or three hours, did this test, that test, racked up a bill of two lakh rupees…
…after doing X-ray, ECG, MRI, scan, whatever else could be done… after finishing everything, he sent him off saying, ‘You have a fracture in your finger, man.’ It’s exactly like that. ‘Tasmat rama jagat na aasi na cha asti na bhavishyati. Chetana aakasham eva aasu gachchhati idam iva aatmani.‘ Your recalling, your Bhava is broken. There is a fracture in your Bhava, sir! It is distorted, sir! That is why, whatever you experience with that Bhava, it hurts! If wherever you touch with your finger hurts, the pain is not there, sir; the finger is fractured.
Aham Swabhavam — The Silent Central Axis Beneath All Experience
How many of you understand? Even if you look at your body with your consciousness, it feels like it lacks health. If you look at your mind… if you look at the relationships around you, it feels like everything is ready to kill you, conspiring against you. Poverty… it feels like society itself has plunged you into poverty. Whatever you see, it hurts, it’s boring, it’s frustrating. What is this, man? In reality, your recalling is distorted. If your Bhava, your recalling…
…is distorted, the world projected will be distorted. You who experience it will be distorted. If recalling is wounded, the experienced world will be wounded. You who experience will be wounded. Everything will be a wound. If your Bhava, recalling, becomes complete and attains freedom, the lived world will be free. You will live freely. Life itself will be blissful. This world that appears to you as sorrow, as a war, as cruelty, is not separate from your consciousness.
You yourself are the source from which all these arise, occur, and dissolve. Let’s go a step deeper. If your life is projected from your Chetana, then there must definitely be a center, a focal point where all these arise and dissolve, a fundamental foundation. Thoughts arise from you. Memories arise from you. Fears arise from you. Identities arise from you.
Even the feeling of this world, the feeling that this world exists, arises from you, sir! The place where they arise, the feeling associated with them, where does it arise from? That feeling neither arises nor dissolves with this world. That is what I call your Aham Swabhavam. That is the unchanging anchor. Silent central axis. The peaceful core foundation. That is the state of supreme peace (Paramashanthi) where all movement appears. You are not the memory. Not your mood swing. Not your state of mind. That ‘I’, Aham Swabhavam… you are not the passing thoughts.
Not the constantly changing opinions you hold about yourself. You are none of the things that appear and disappear about yourself. Everything you hold about yourself appears and disappears. That Aham Swabhavam never appears or disappears at any time due to anything. But everything appears and disappears in it. That focal conscious Chaitanya, Chetana, Pratyagatma Chaitanya… that focal point from which everything arises and dissolves into, that is you. That ‘you’ is Paramashiva. That from which all this arises and dissolves into…
…that which is not moved by anything, does not arise, does not wake up, remains unchanging… that is Paramashiva. Listen a little deeply. That is, you have to hear these ultimate truths. At least one day, when you go to sleep, freeing yourself from Ahambhavam on the bridge of the Karana Sharira and going to Aham Swabhavam through the Karana Sharira, you must digest all this exactly as it is. That is, just consciously watch it. ‘How is this? What are its truths?’ What you need to understand correctly will blossom there. They will burst and begin to shine as Anubhuti.
Why Sanskrit Shastra Pramana Is Non-Negotiable
Many devotees, sincere seekers who listen to the Satsang with earnestness, have posted comments on social media. ‘You use a lot of Sanskrit, Swamiji’. Understand well, sir. Gen Z, listen well. I am not even asking you to become a great Sanskrit scholar. But that is good. I am not even asking for that. When I recite Sanskrit slokas and our Shastras and explain them, when I give Shastra Pramana (scriptural authority) in Sanskrit, listen without bringing anger or resistance to it. That is enough. That…
…resistance is the brainwashing evil forces did to you. I am not conducting a Tamil class, Sanskrit class, or English class, sir! I am conducting a Satsang telling you ultimate truths that grant lifestyle wisdom, Paramashiva Gnana, and Paramashiva Vijnana! Therefore, when giving these Shastra Pramanas, do not immediately resist it. ‘Am I speaking something that is not in Tamil?’ Okay, fine, I will speak in Tamil. Let’s see if you understand it. If I give Shastra Pramana in Sanskrit, does it mean it’s wisdom not found in Tamil? ‘Must you quote only Sanskrit?
Must you give Shastra Pramana only from there? Shouldn’t you give it from here?’ Leave all these perverse arguments (Vithandavatham) aside, and if you want goodness in your life, listen patiently to what I say. Drop this constantly boiling resistance. Without reciting these Sanskrit slokas and without giving Shastra Pramana, I could simply state the concepts I want to convey. But only if these Shastric truths and Shastra Pramanas are kept alive…
…will this wisdom be passed on generation after generation. Gurus who speak based solely on Aatma Pramana (personal experience/authority) as their ‘Anubhuti‘ without taking Shastra Pramana… I am not saying they don’t have Anubhuti now. I am not underestimating their Anubhuti. I am not disrespecting them. I am not considering them a step lower in any way, sir. Understand well. Those who rely solely on their Aatma Pramana, establishing themselves entirely upon it, and conducting discourses, delivering truths and Satsangs solely from the foundation of Aatma Pramana…
…granting Anubhuti to people and doing good, without keeping this tradition (Sampradaya) alive, without Sampradaya Pravartana (propagation of tradition) happening, without Sampradaya Paripalana (preservation of tradition) happening, they and the movements they created will shatter and disappear after their time. The difference between a building built merely with concrete and a building built with reinforced concrete, that is the difference between conducting Satsang with merely Aatma Pramana…
…and conducting Satsang providing Aatma Pramana along with Shastra Pramana. Look at the lifespan of mere concrete. When it turns into reinforced concrete with steel rods, look at its lifespan. That is it. That is why, even if it takes some time, even if it is difficult, without worrying about all that, whenever I tell you an ultimate truth, I provide it along with the Shastra Pramana. If I just pour out Tamil like Mani Pravalam without giving Shastra Pramana… if I pour it out in Tamil, or Sanskritized Tamil…
Sampradaya Paripalana: Building the RCC Structure of Wisdom
…or English, more people would watch than now, that is true. But Sampradaya Paripalana and Sampradaya Pravrutti would fail to happen. Moreover, the legacy, the Sampradaya of all those Gurus who give teachings based solely on their own Anubhuti without Shastra Pramana, you see, it dies with them. It doesn’t remain after them. Because it runs only on their personal charisma. Everything that operates and functions on personal charisma, you see…
…will disappear after them. Understand well. Look at the rise and fall of all spiritual movements. We can comfortably look at the well-documented last 500 years of religious history. I do not wish to speak about other religions. It is not my habit to speak about them. I only speak about Sanatana Hindu Dharma, Hindu Dharma. Look at the rise and fall of all the massive Sangams, organizations, spiritual revolutions, and evolutions that emerged in the 500 years.
All organizations, foundations, and the legacies of those Gurus that did not have Shastra Pramana, did not base themselves on Shastra Pramanas, and did not perform Sampradaya Paripalana and Sampradaya Pravrutti, have no history of lasting more than 100 years. I am not speaking only for you who are listening now. I am speaking for all the coming generations who will listen for thousands of years, I don’t even know how many. Because of that, along with my Anubhuti, Aatma Pramana, without fail, I include the Shastra Pramanas…
…and keep telling them. Because Sampradaya Paripalana must happen. Sampradaya Pravrutti must happen. In this, some Gurus, unfortunately, by the strength of their Anubhuti, think that this Sampradaya doesn’t need to be preserved, that it should be destroyed, and they act like fools sitting on the tip of a branch and cutting the base of the branch. Because of this, great harm is caused to their next generation of disciples. Confusion and harm occur. That is why I am very clear. Sampradaya Paripalana…
…always stating Shastra Pramanas along with it, stating Shastra Pramanas along with Aatma Pramana, with my soul’s Anubhuti, this is for the great benefit of the current generation of disciples, the upcoming lineage of disciples (Sishya Parampara), and the lineage of beings (Bhuta Parampara), the Shiva Bhuta Parampara, that is going to flourish generation after generation. That is why, instead of just building a concrete building, I am building an RCC (Reinforced Concrete) structure. Furthermore, we are constructing it as an even stronger black-stone building. Listen to the next truth.
Chittam as the Living Womb of All Worlds — and the Path Home
Do not think this memory, Chittam, is a small, ordinary thing, sir! That memory has the power to create the world itself, sir! Again, from Yoga Vasistha, a very wonderful sloka told by Vasistha to Lord Rama: ‘Na anubhute na anubhutesa svatah chid-vyomni ya smruthi | sa jagad-bhuu iti praudha drushya sa asti eva chid-rupa ||‘. I bow again and again to Vasistha and Rama. Just like how, even though there is nothing unknown to the Supreme Paramashiva, He acted like a disciple and asked Swaminatha (Subramanya) the meaning of the Pranava…
…the omniscient source of all, Paranthaman Sri Ramachandra Prabhu, sat as a disciple and listened to this Yoga Vasistha from Vasistha. Yoga Vasistha, Ashtavakra Gita… please read these a little. ‘Na anubhute na anubhutesa svatah chid-vyomni ya smruthi | sa jagad-bhuu iti praudha drushya sa asti eva chid-rupa ||‘. In what is experienced and what is not experienced, that Smruthi which naturally resides in the Chidakasa is the foundational reservoir of the seen and unseen worlds. This always exists as the light reflection of the Divine Will. If you understand this science, sir…
…that is, what is called Chittam, your memory reservoir. It shouldn’t be thought of ordinarily, sir. This memory reservoir shouldn’t be thought of or treated ordinarily. Memory is not just a record of what happened. Memory is a reservoir. Memory is a subtle womb. We call it subtle Hiranyagarbha. Memory is a storehouse, a place where entire worlds are perceived and lived, sir. An existence. The Shastras say it again and again: remembering itself is the reservoir of all seen and unseen worlds.
Your memories shape the future. Your memories guide your decisions. The world is not just made of events. It is made of the impacts, the memories, those events left within you. An insult you recall will expand before you as an entire world. A rejection you recall will expand before you as a world. A fear you recall will expand before you as a massive world. Your memory itself turns into your ecosystem.
Your memory becomes your atmosphere. Your memory is your situational interpretation. That is, the very way you interpret life is based on your memory, sir. Your interpretation then becomes reality. Your memory turns into your ecosystem, atmosphere. After that, your situational atmosphere becomes your reality. Memory, your Chittam, is not some dead remembrance. It’s not dead like something you just rewind and watch on TV or a screen.
The memories you rewind, recall, and retrieve from your memory within your awareness, how you perceive them has the power to create your very world! Your memories are the power that generates your world, sir. Understand well. In your device, in your history, rewinding and re-watching a video you already saw in the past is a dead thing. But reviewing and rewinding something like that within your awareness, within yourself…
…is not just a dead remembrance. It is something that can change your life, something that generates your life itself. How many of you understand this? You must understand the importance of your memories. ‘Na anubhute na anubhutesa svatah chid-vyomni ya smruthi | sa jagad-bhuu iti praudha drushya sa asti eva chid-rupa ||‘. In what is experienced and what is not experienced, this Chittam, Smruthi, memory, your part of recalling, which naturally resides in the Chidakasa, is the foundation, the foundational reservoir of the seen and unseen worlds. This is the Divine Will’s…
…light reflection, and it exists forever. That is why I say, sir, under the guise of random entertainment, do not impose movies, TV serials, videos, or clips that weaken your consciousness upon yourself. Just as cleanliness is important in the food you eat through your mouth, cleanliness is very important in the food you consume through your eyes. Because it goes and sits right in the Chittam. You know very well. If you watch a horror movie, you will be trembling all night for two or three days. Even if a small…
…window bangs or a curtain moves, you will panic. Knowing that you will be scared to go to the bathroom at night, yet sitting relentlessly and watching that horror movie… how many of you have this habit? Raise your hands. If you watch a horror movie, you can’t go to the bathroom alone for two days. If you hear a small noise in the house at night, you panic. Yet, sitting relentlessly and watching that horror movie… What to do? Do not ruin your memories. Similarly, giving a lot of sorrow, these espionage movies with many twists, full of betrayals…
…full of pain… please stop watching such movies and entertainment. Because if you watch such movie/entertainment scenes and put them in your consciousness, even if someone you like very much, a husband or lover, is half an hour late from the office, you will be bathing in an adrenaline rush thinking ‘Oh no, did they have an accident?’ Or if you call and they don’t pick up within the second ring, ‘Oh! Who are you talking to? How much are you keeping…’
‘Oh my! Man, if they don’t pick up within the second ring, a breakup message will be typed here and ready to send. Only if he picks up, he escapes. Otherwise, breakup message sent, that’s it.’ Gen Z! The truth is, we really don’t understand many things. Even I, trying to catch up a bit with this Gen Z and wanting to give them this Paramashiva Gnana in a way they understand… learning their present lifestyle, the verbs/words they use, their problems… and watching some of these Gen Z…
…videos, I think ‘Man! Are we perhaps living in Satya Yuga? Did we come directly from some other Yuga? Hey, we were also born and raised in Thiruvannamalai in 1978, right?’ It creates a doubt within ourselves about ourselves. What all new, new words… boy bestie, girl bestie… I can’t understand this Gen Z’s language! X! Under the guise of your entertainment, the concepts and news you absorb affect your Chittam…
…in a massive way, your memory reservoir in a massive way. Please understand that. Memory is a reservoir. Memory is a subtle womb. Memory guides your decisions. Memory shapes your future. Memory is the foundation of growth and transformation, including enlightenment. Handle your memory with earnestness (Shraddha). Just as you must carefully observe what you put in your stomach, you must also carefully observe what you dump in your memory. Only content that gives contentment…
…dump that inside you. Consume only content that gives contentment. Humans think they are looking at life directly. But most people look at life only through the sediment of old experiences, sir. Most people, most of the time, that means 99.999% of people, 99.999% of the time, are looking at life only through the sediment of old experiences. You don’t look innocently at reality like that. Fear arising from the memory appearing in the recalled Chittam…
…pleasure arising from memory, pain arising from memory, self-image arising from memory. Only through these do you see reality. Even though the mind tells you it is looking at the present, in reality, it only looks at the present through the past; it does not look directly. The mind looks at the present through the past, measures it, predicts it, protects it, and compares it. Even the predictions you make about your present…
…are based on the past, sir. That is why you dirty the pure present with the past and look only at that dirtiness. You deal with life from memory. Changing that memory is the only way to transformation. Therefore, I say it once again. At night when you sleep, lying in bed, once the body has settled, slowly freeing yourself from the grip of Ahambhavam and immersing into Aham Swabhavam through the Karana Sharira… all the memories in the past that are a massive…
…cruelty, pain, and sorrow for you… erasing them all, changing that situation, that memory, and that event exactly as you wish, and then go to sleep. Sleep. As you keep changing the past, the present and the future will change in ways you cannot imagine. The only way for your present and future to change miraculously is to change the past. If you have lost wealth in your life… at whatever moment you lost it, or perhaps if you lost wealth due to continuous failures over five or six years…
…you can go and erase the memory of all those five or six years. Through the strength of your Bhava, destroying it… creating the life where you were with wealth, with immense prosperity even then, you are with it even then, and you continue to be like that even now… shaping your past as you desired, creating that Bhava, creating that Chittam, and just going to sleep in that state! You can fix anything in life…
…sir. You can attain youth. You can attain wealth. You can attain physical health. You can regain lost relationships. You can regain lost time. Even more important than this: there is no atonement (Prayaschittam) for betrayal of a Guru (Guru Dhroham) in the Shastras. But the Lord says in the Tantra that if this one truth is followed, if this is done, even Guru Dhroham can be reversed. If in the past, knowingly or unknowingly, you have committed some betrayal or enmity towards the Guru, even then, if you go and erase that past, change it, and as you desired… that is…
…modifying that event to mean you did not betray the Guru, and creating the event that you are with the Guru… if you do that, it is enough. You will see it blossoming nicely exactly as you desired in the present and the future. The Supreme Paramashiva, in all Shastras, refuses to give any atonement only for Guru Dhroham. He says it must be endured. He says the karma coming from Guru Dhroham must be endured, nothing can be done. But in the Tantra, through this single wisdom technique, He gives a solution.
By going and deleting the past, destroying and changing the past, one can escape. Only this one meditation, alchemy of wisdom technique, penance… will change your present and future. It will grant the experience of wisdom (Gnana Anubhuti). I bless everyone to be filled in Nithyananda, blossom in Nithyananda, and become Nithyananda. Be blissful.
