Supernal effulgence of Paramashiva which is internal, inside you cannot be stopped, taken away from you, but you can choose to get deluded in reactionary assumption patterns and reactionary assumption lifestyle which cause a mess. And whether you are trying to clean up the mess or add more mess caused by the reactionary assumption patterns and lifestyle, both are delusion.
Reactionary assumption patterns means ‘assuming and reacting’. I should call them as mala (undigested food). It not only sits unnecessarily inside you but it is dangerous and toxic inside you.
Sometimes you go on adding to the mess in your life by continuing to operate based on reactionary assumption patterns – mala – and reactionary assumption lifestyle – pasa. If you do this, you are adding more and more haalahaala – poison – in your life and you are getting ____ by yourself. I did not utter but you hear that word!
Even if you are trying to clean up the mess created by the reactionary assumption patterns and reactionary assumption lifestyle, even that will only be a delusion.
The one and only solution is unclutching, withdrawing into supernal effulgence of Paramashiva. This is the word I read as a gift from Shivajnana botham – an english translation by the great M. Kandasami. It is an absolutely sweet word and I thank him for this beautiful and apt word. It is very difficult to translate the vedas and agamas and very less people are that integrated to that philosophy. I found M. Kandasami very integrated to the theology of that great Shivajnana botham. I will talk about it in the tamil satsang. It is expressed by a great incarnation of Paramashiva Himself, Meikanda Thevar.
Withdraw or unclutch from:
- reactionary assumption patterns – mala
- reactionary assumptions lifestyle – pasa
- the mess you made in your life – maya
- and from going on adding more and more mess because of this – anava.
It will make you explode in Paramashiva. The word Shivajana botham means supernal effulgence. It means you will explode in that. So when the principles of liberating cognitions – Ishana satyas, the satyas of ishana are applied more and more, it explodes the supernal effulgence of Paramashiva in you.
I highly recommend this tamil and english books for you to read. The tamil book has been published by the Tiruvavaduthurai aadheenam and it is called Shivajnana botham by Meikanda Thevar.
Jnanasambandar and Adi Shankaracharya revived the Shyalamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham. Historically in the modern days, only Jnanasambandar is recognized as one of the revivers of Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham. But in the Sthaaneega varalaru reference books, some of which is published by Jaichandran of Madurai Kamaraj university, it is clearly said by referring to the Madurai mother documents also that the 117th Guru Mahasannidhanam of Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham, Shanmatha sthapana desikar, that Adi Shankaracharya himself revived Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham. Jnanasambandar revived it much earlier than Adi Shankaracharya. Later on, again, Adi Shankaracharya also ascends that Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham and revives the whole Sarvjnapeetham once again.
Many great saints during their time ascend the throne and revive the Sarvjnapeethas. It was a lifestyle and trend in those days. The Kashmir Sarvjnapeetha, the Kashi Sarvjnapeetha, the Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham, and the Kanchi Sarvjnapeetham existed even before Shankara came. Adi shankaracharya ascended the Kashmir, Kanchi, Madurai Sarvjnapeethams and revived and glorified them. He himself established five mutts – Puri, Badrikashram, Dwaraka, Sringeri and Kanchi. This is a controversial statement that I am making! Brahmins will be very happy to know this truth. Some of the non-brahmins will be very disturbed. I am not for or against anyone. I am just for the truth.
So just like how Adi Shankaracharya and Jnanasambandar revived the Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham, Meikandar revived the Kanchi Sarvjnapeetham, Thondaimandala aadheenam. I am not going to make any fanatic statements. I am not going to twist history for the sake of benefitting somebody or advantage of somebody. I am for the straight truth.
Sri vidya sampradaya is not just from Kamika agama. Shakta agamas are also playing a major role in it. I feel that during the time Adi Shankara revived the Shyamala peetha Sarvjnapeetham, He included the Shakta agamas also in the Devi worship!
