In 1990’s, coupled with the protection of a fake scientific experiment, governments around the world introduced fluoride to drinking water reservoirs in an attempt to increase dental health. Today, in India, fluorosis affects more than 66 million people. Six million of them are children under the age of 14 years. It turns out to be the most widespread geochemical disease in India.
