Technique to Live Enlightenment within 30 days

Listen, the seventeenth verse of Isavasya Upanishad.

vāyur-anilam amṛtam athedaṁ bhasmāntagṁ śarīram |

auṁ krato smara kṛtagṁ smara krato smara kṛtagṁ smara || 17 || 

Listen, when you declare – “let my prāṇa become the prāṇa of the Cosmos, let my breathing pattern become one with that breathing pattern of the Cosmos” – your bio-memory will rest in the space of Completion.

Understand, all incompletion is tension, stress. All Completion is relaxation and restfulness. All Completion is relaxation. All incompletion is stress. Even in the work if you are stressed, I can give you 120% guarantee you are not going to do the work, because first being in the relaxed mood is the basic condition. Freedom is the basic condition for growth; restful awareness is the basic condition for anything to happen. Stressed means, you are confused; you are not clear what you are supposed to do. Completion is restful awareness, restful awareness is Completion. Restfulness, restfulness is not laziness. Please be very clear, I am not promoting your laziness. I am promoting restful awareness. When you decide  – “let my breathing pattern become one with the Cosmic breathing pattern” – your bio-memory will rest in the space of Completion.

Golden light technique to awaken your third-eye

In the regular life in India, people apply kumkum (processed turmeric herb), bhasma (sacred ash) and fresh turmeric paste on their forehead as a technique to work on the Third Eye. They bring constant awareness to it. This is because for the Third Eye, attention is food. If one starts giving attention to the Third Eye, it will be awakened. It will start expressing energy. The following is an extremely powerful technique, most effective when practiced in the presence of the Guru or in front of His picture where He is wearing the kumkum (the red dot).

Instructions from Paramahamsa Nithyananda for the meditation for Third Eye Awakening:

“Sit in a comfortable position with your head, neck and spine in a straight line. Relax and take a few deep breaths.

Step 1 (with open eyes) Duration: 5 minutes Bring your attention to the area in between your eyebrows. Visualize that your Third Eye is open; you are looking through the Third Eye. It may be a little difficult at first, but you will get it in a few minutes.

Step 2 (with closed eyes) Duration: 3 minutes Close your eyes and visualize an intense golden light entering into your body from the sky. The light is entering your head and getting centered, functioning, active on your Third Eye.

Step 3 (with open eyes) Duration: 3 minutes Now, with open eyes, look through your Third Eye at my Third Eye, the spot where I am wearing the kumkum, the red dot. Continue to gaze at my Third Eye through your Third Eye. Visualize that you have a red color hole between your eyebrows and intensely look at my Third Eye.

Step 4 Finally, relax. Close your eyes. If you wish, you can rest wherever you are sitting.”

I will expand on Isavasya Upanishad. Usually when I come to Varanasi I speak on Kathopanishad. This time I decided I will continue on Isavasya Upanishad because last time we couldn’t spend much time on Kathopanishad. I was expanding on 14th verse of Isavasya Upanishad. 

sambḥutiṁ ca vināśaṁ ca..

Actually I am uttering only one word. One word easily you all can recite. Listen and repeat. You don’t have to feel intimidated, ‘Oh Sanskrit. I don’t know.’ I am not giving you long words. Please understand, these sounds are very powerful, they can sit inside your inner space, go on purifying on. They are like powerful inner purifiers. So listen and recite.

sambḥutiṁ ca vināśaṁ ca yastad vedobhayaṁ saha |

vināśena mṛtyuṁ tīrtvā sambhūtyāmṛtam aśnute || 14 || 

Just recite. It’s the 14th verse of Isavasya Upanishad. I will give you the translation.

One who cognizes the pure essence of these both—the imperishable consciousness, the cause of manifestation and the destructible, the perishable, manifested entities, simultaneously—such a person completes with the fear of death and transcends death by worshiping or by knowledge of the perishable entities; and reaches the imperishable consciousness; celebrates the nectar of immortality and bliss, the eternal space of oneness.

Muscle-memory to Bio-memory, Bio-memory to Consciousness

Whatever you do in your life every day, like how you wake up from the bed in the morning, how you brush your teeth, how you clean your body, how you dress up, how you eat, how you play or do some physical exercise, or how you work, or lie down, or sleep, all these physical activity which you are doing using your muscles, those patterns get engraved in your muscle-memory. Please understand, in your muscle-memory, they get engraved. For example, if your muscle-memory is programmed to sleep that morning five o’clock, even if you sleep whole day, that morning five o’clock you can’t open your eyes. Unless you complete with your muscle-memory, you can’t open your eyes even if you sleep whole day. Next day morning you may think, ‘Oh, yesterday whole day I slept. Today morning I will be able to get up five o’clock and go for Rudrabhishekam.’ No! Five o’clock, you will see you can’t even open your eyes, because, muscle-memory is programmed! Unless you complete with that muscle-memory and re-programme it, you can’t make.

The day-to-day activities done with the help of the muscles get programmed in muscle-memory, and the ideas based on which you make this decision, ideas based on which you make this decision, they get programmed in your bio-memory.

Please understand, I am defining Biology. Biology, please listen, Biology is the zone where your very core existence touches your body to operate. The heart, the heart muscles, heart muscles does not have muscle-memory, please listen. Heart, your physical heart does not have muscle-memory. That is why, fortunately, it is running on its own! It does not have muscle-memory. It cannot be controlled by your muscle-memory. It is controlled by your bio-memory. The brain tissues, they do not have muscle-memory. It is controlled by your bio-memory. Wherever your consciousness, your soul, the Jeeva, the Individual Soul connects with your body to operate your body, means, the decision-making points, where the decisions are made, where constantly the decision-making mechanism is stored, that point is what I call ‘bio-memory’. Listen to these terms, because, if you understand this, it can really open up the experience of Shivoham in you.
