Please listen last few days I am working with you all making the Advaithic experience, the non-dual experience as living space.  Please understand, the greatest gift you can receive from an incarnation is the permanently getting established in Advaitha, means the lasting experience of non-dual consciousness.  Everything else can be memory.

Whatever you receive from an incarnation other than Advaithic experience is waste of life.  Do not miss the space of Advaitha when you have a great fortune of associating with an incarnation.  The space of Advaitha is the best gift you will receive from an incarnation.

Second important truth you need to understand is, it is not difficult.  It is not at all difficult. You just have to DO it!  It is neither difficult nor easy.  It just needs a technique, knowledge, understand?  I don’t want to say it is easy; then you will take it for granted and never do it.  I don’t want to say it is difficult, because it is NOT difficult; it just needs a simple knowledge and your decision to do it.  First decide to experience Advaithic consciousness, the space of Advaitha with a small group.

Hope all of you understand the process I am putting all of you through. Last two days, all of you have prepared your teamily and the list of your incompletions.  Today I requested all of you be here and I am seeing through two-way video-conferencing many of you and your teamily members.  I know the whole teamily may not be here but my blessings for you and your sincere effort.

I am very happy that the whole Sangha is taking up this experiencing Advaitha in a very sincere way.  Please understand all great spiritual awakening happens only by the experience of non-dual consciousness, Advaitha Sathya.  Sometimes people may feel one life is not enough to experience Advaitha.  People may feel it is very difficult to experience Advaitha.  Whatever you may feel, but the truth is Advaitha is the ultimate, and it is possible.  This should be your lifestyle.

So, let me come to the spiritual process all of you are going through:

First thing, you all chose your Teamily members.

Second, penning down all the incompletions you have with your teamily members.

Third, today is the third process you are going to start.  Before you start the Completion with all your teamily members, explain what is Completion and how it is going to help both of you.  Please understand, your teamily members should be very clear how the Completion process is going to help him also.  You should make him understand.  You should listen yourself.  You should listen to your own words.  You should be able to listen to your speaking and be able to speak into his listening.

Please listen. We all only know speaking while others are speaking, listening when the other is silent!  Be very clear, you should be able to listen when you speak.  You should be able to speak into the other person’s listening.

So, today, you will explain to your whole teamily.  If they are there physically around you sit with them and explain, especially if they have not done Inner Awakening program.  If they have done Inner Awakening program recently, then they will know what is the process of Completion.  Then your job is less.  If they are not initiated into Inner Awakening, if they are not regular satsanghis, you may have to explain to them how incompletions makes both weak.

Please understand if your hand is broken, not only you become weak; the broken part also becomes weak.  The broken part is now useful only for the dog, or cat, or eagle to eat, nothing more. It is just bone and flesh. Not only you become weak the broken part also becomes weak.  If the hand is completed and healed, not only you become strong, that broken part also becomes strong, because now it is your hand.  So, both of you should understand the necessity for Completion.  That’s first.  The whole teamily should understand the necessity of Completion. Living Advaitha – II

When you are in the space of Advaitha with eleven people, whatever you call as your identity will be dissolved into the Cosmos!  The root patterns you cherish, vested interest you have about life,  hidden pay-offs, hidden costs, your “vaasanas” – I can go on adding words – Everything, everything will be washed away!  You will be in such a pure space – “Nirmala, Niranjana, Niraakaara, Niraamaya, Niraabhaasa, Nirdhwandhwa, Nirdosha, Nithyananda”! You will just be established in that space!

I tell you guys, I bless you all and wish you all, all of us will experience the Advaitha!  Even if you don’t practice, even if you don’t see the end of this process, I bless you guys with my full heart, keeping Kalabhairava as a witness, with all my sincerity, just for your seeking and the effort, your Conscious Resolution, let you all achieve Advaitha space before you leave the body!  If you take up this process and do, you will have it even now, in the next few days, while in the body you will enjoy it, you will enjoy Advaithic space as a Driving Licence for your strategic planning. Or I commit with you, even if you don’t do that, I give you that as a Retirement Insurance Plan!  I guarantee you guys -the space of Advaitha!

 The first question I will answer:  It does not need to be only eleven people; but it has to be MINIMUM eleven people.  Why eleven you know?  Your root pattern does not have the power to manage itself if you are in the space of Advaitha with eleven people.  Even when you start experiencing Completion with one person, you are overwhelmed with so much of joy that your root pattern loses its power!  It is like a building standing on a land where a tremendous earthquake has happened….10 in the Richter Scale, 10 an earthquake has happened!  Can any building stand rooted?  No….it is shaken!  Same way, when you feel Advaitha, non-dualilty, even with one person, all your root patterns are shaken!

Please understand, your hormones are programmed in such a way that before you enter the life, you experience oneness at least with one person in your life beyond your mind’s preparation.  That is what is “puppy love”.  The puppy love of a human-being is, just by the programming of the physiology, experiencing the space of Advaitha, whether your psychology is prepared or not.  If you can prepare your psychology also, reclaim that space of puppy love, you will see clearly it was a pure Advaithic space.

You may not have understood all those words.  I tell you, it is only now I understand what happened to me at the age of ten with Arunagiri Yogishwara, what happened to me at the age of twelve with Arunachala, as a Savikalpa Samadhi and Nirvikalpa Samadhi.  At that time I did not know all these words but, I went through the experience just because of my biological programming.  When I programmed my body, biologically I programmed it in such a way.  That is what I had at the age of ten and twelve. Living Advaitha – I

The very structure of the original family system by Manu, the Cosmic Constitution writers, please understand, the great visionaries who wrote the Constitution of humanity. – See, when humanity started living on the Planet Earth in large numbers, so you need certain understanding, Constitution to live with. –  The Constitution writers of humanity are only called Manu, Parashara, Yajnavalkya – the great Smriti Kaaras.  The very family system they defined is constantly to remind the ultimate non-duality.

Please understand, all the great truths experientially you learnt in  Inner Awakening program, if you try to bring some of them in your family and in your team, sharing the Completion and that experience with everyone, suddenly you will see your whole family and team becomes just “teamily”!  “Teamily” means extension of you.  It is just extension of you.  You will feel the whole teamily is just more hands, more heart, more brain, more legs.  All our Hindu gods portrayed with many heads, many hands, many legs, is nothing but they have that powerful teamily.

Understand, I tell you, very sincerely I tell you, with the grace of Vishwanatha, in the presence of Kalabhairava, I tell you, I really feel I have some of my disciples, I literally feel that they are my extra hands, some of my disciples like extra leg, some of my disciples my extra brain. Means, I can literally share my work with them, or they vibrate in that very same frequency.

Please understand, every one of you should have at least few people around you in this frequency where you experience tremendous friendliness with them and they experience tremendous friendliness with you.  I tell you, you need to know, please understand, there may be a million litres of arrack in a shop, but you don’t need million litres to get drunk.  You can’t drink million litres.  If you drink ten litres, that is enough, that’s the maximum.  Same way, there may be the whole ocean.  But for you to die you don’t need the whole ocean.  Just if some hundred litres water goes inside your body, you will die.  Same way, there may be billions of people for you to experience the ultimate enlightenment. You don’t need to feel oneness with all of them.  Understand, eleven people in your life if you feel the non-dual experience of oneness, you’ll become enlightened.  You don’t need more than eleven people, the twelfth person, you will be enlightened.  Because your brain, your individual logic cannot retain its individual existence if you extend your oneness more than eleven people.

See, your Ananda Gandha, the original conscious space goes on extending itself with everyone.  But your anger, violence, the individual logic goes on shrinking you. The fight goes on between these two.  Whenever you are in Ananda Gandha, you feel like expanding, you feel like sharing your life, love, understanding, enriching, everything.  Whenever you are in an incomplete mood, powerless, you feel like shrinking.  This fight is life.

There are some people who permanently shrink and put the shutter.  Forget about others, even with themselves they don’t feel they are connected to themself.  Instead of having non-duality with eleven people, within them they have eleven dualities, they become eleven piece-piece!

Understand, I tell you take this as a spiritual practice, tapas.  Yesterday, two of my Swamis wanted to go and sit in the cremation ground and do tapas.  The way they uttered the word, I just made fun of them in Tamil.  I told them, ‘Hey, there only dead bodies are only burnt!  Tapaas and all is not burnt!’  In Tamil, “tapaas” means the crackers.  I told them, ‘You don’t know the difference between tapaas and tapas!’  No everybody has fantasy about their own tapas.  Understand, now I am defining “tapas” to all of you:  Feeling non-dual experience.  Means, the Complete Completion with more and more number of people in your life is “tapas”.
