You may ask, ‘Why do I need a master? I can learn from life.’

Learning from the master is a very sweet experience, a very joyful experience. The master first puts you in his lap and gives you the anesthesia of love before he starts his operation on the tumor of your ego. Because he showers his love, you will not even experience the pain of going through the transformation. Even if it is mildly painful, you will endure it only with the joy and awareness of being with the master.

Why do we need an Enlightened Master in our life ?

The master speaks not to give you the truth, but to help you recognize that the truth is already within you. The master is only a mirror. You see your own face in the deep silence of sitting by his side. The body language of enlightenment is the master.

The enlightened master, Adi Shankara, recites beautifully in his verses of Bhaja Govindam:

When you have surrendered at the lotus feet of the master, 

From the chains of this world you will break free, 

Then, in complete control of your mind and your senses,

Lion and Cub Story

Once upon a time, a pregnant lioness attacked a herd of goats while hunting for food. As she jumped at one of the goats the strain became too much for her and she died giving birth to a cub. The new born cub could barely open his eyes. He made some sounds and moved around on the ground helpless. The goats saw the orphaned cub and felt compassionate towards him.

You may wonder how goats can feel compassion towards a lion cub. Understand, when the enemy does not disturb or hurt you and you don’t feel threatened in any way by his presence, you will feel compassionate towards him even if he is your enemy by nature. Our very effort to perceive the infinite risings of the ocean of Existence causes it to appear as what our limited mind perceives!

We see this causeless and ecstatic play of Existence through our own individual perception! Our very perception collapses the beautiful happening into a localized reality. Each individual ‘boils down’ the beautiful happening into his own individual reality.

Someone asked me, ‘I see this table here. All the people in this room see this same table. Then how can you say that this table is not a reality?’

Please understand that what you see as this table here is not the same as what the other person sees! Each person in this room sees this table differently! That is the truth. That is what I am trying to explain here. As long as the mind tries to perceive, what is perceived is not the ultimate reality. Only an infinite being can perceive reality exactly as it is happening. Also he cannot explain it in words, because words cannot describe what is beyond space and time. He can only tell you to wait for it to become your own experience! That is why Shiva answers not with philosophy but with techniques. He directly gives techniques for Devi to experience the reality, the nature of the universe. Whatever you think as valuable, they are not even useful to you. How do you think they are useful to Sadashiva? He is not looking for anything from you. He is looking at your Consciousness through which He can celebrate Himself, He can manifest Himself!

One of the Mahadeva Rahasya you need to know, the moment you start seeking eternal love or bliss, which stays with you – understand you have received incoming call. And you need to know the individual soul, Jeevātma can only receive the incoming call, he cannot make the outgoing. If there is a seeking in you, understand, Sadāshiva has called you and you have all the right to declare – Sadāshivoham. Understand, when He calls it is always – Shivatvamasi – means He is initiating you. Shivatvamasi. Ay, you are Shiva. Ay, you are Shiva. Now you have a right to declare, Shivoham, Sadāshivoham. You don’t have to feel shy, “Oh, if I declare myself as Sadāshiva, will He not get angry, will He not check my qualifications?” No. The moment Seeking has come, you received the incoming call, pick up and talk. You don’t have to feel shy that you are calling that person. No. He has called you. You have a right to talk. Understand, you are programmed only for incoming call. If you are feeling the bell ringing in the hear, if you are feeling the seeking, drop the ego that – you are a Seeker, no.

Seeking is the secret invitation sent by Sadāshiva to be part of His secret life because He has a secret crush on you.

He has no use by you but He wants to manifest through you. Understand, ordinary human mind always thinks only in the business. “Oh, if he wants then He has something to achieve through me, gain through me.” Relax! Whatever you think as valuable, they are not even useful to you. How do you think they are useful to Him? Don’t be so stupid to think, they are useful to Him. They are not even useful to you.

He is not looking for anything from you. He is looking at YOU, your Consciousness through which He can manifest, He can celebrate Himself, He can manifest Himself. The more and more you manifest Oneness, the more and more you manifest powers; the more and more I celebrate myself in you. You become the ground in which I celebrate.

You become the Ambala in which I dance. You become the shoulder on which I rest. You become the lap on which I put My foot. You become the Adi Shesha where I do Yoga Nidra. Once you catch Sadashiva’s love and His Integrity to His love, you will understand, that is the way He functions!

Understand some of the basic truths. Your attitude towards a person decides whether you are going to be part of his public life, private life, secret life. Same applies – your attitude towards the Cosmos is going to decide whether you are going to be part of the Cosmos – public life, private life or secret life.

If you are part of Cosmos’ public life, you will be a great devotee, whatever you want will be showered, nurtured, nourished.

If you are part of Cosmos’ private life, you will be an Enlightened Being, whenever you want, He will manifest through you and bless few people around you.

Becoming part of His secret life, if you are part of His Cosmos’ secret life, then you know the nuances – how the Brahmānda [lit. the egg of Cosmos] functions.

Neither the law nor the logic defines the method of Brahmānda’s functions. Neither there is a law nor there is a logic in Sadāshiva’s functioning. There is a tremendous love and integrity to His love – need to be understood. Once you catch His love and His integrity to His love, you will understand, that is the way He functions.

Till you become part of His secret life, you will continue to have questions, stupid questions – why somebody is rich? Why somebody is poor? Why somebody lives long? Why somebody dies within few days of birth? Why somebody falls sick? Why somebody is healthy? – all this questions will be there. Either they will be haunting you or you will push them under the carpet and sit on it, whatever, but it will be there. It will be there!

Only when you become part of His secret life, you are He, He is you – you are an Incarnation. Whoever becomes part of the secret life of Sadāshiva, Cosmos – you are an Incarnation. Do not engage with the thought currents of comparing, life before seeking and life after seeking, because with Seeking only Life itself starts in you!

Only when the Seeking enters into you, Life starts happening. I am seeing many people discuss, express in such a way, they think the lifestyle of Seeking is an alternative lifestyle. No! No! It is not alternative lifestyle, it is native lifestyle. There is no ‘alter’ for it, there is only ‘altar’ for It. It is a native lifestyle to be worshipped in the altar. There is no alternative actually.

This is one of the major thought current with which many of the Vaakyartha Sadas participants are stuck. I went through many of the Vaakyartha Sadas. Today I wanted to clear some of these important points where you are stuck. Please understand, if you say – “Should I practice this Kundalini thought current in this way or should I practice it in this way? Is this ultimate or is that ultimate?” Its great. Vaakyartha Sadas is going well. But if you think – “Is my old lifestyle better or this is better?”  You are gone.

Please understand, only when the Seeking enters the Life itself starts in you. Till then, whatever you may have, may be ‘style’ but not LIFE. Understand. May be ‘style’ but not LIFE. Don’t call that as lifestyle.

Seeking integrates you.

Seeking evolves you.

Seeking awakens you.

Seeking aligns who you are to yourself.

I tell you, till the Seeking starts, even you will not experience what you call as YOU. I know the stupid human beings who think they are rich by having only money.

Understand.

Today, the Kundalini thought current, I want to share with all of you, listen, listen intensely and actively.  When you come to the space of listening, whatever I am speaking will become directly reality into your system.  See, every week, I am giving you, a new, new Kundalini thought current, thought current which will lead you into the conscious space.  If you are in the space of listening, just it will become part of you and it will go on and on inside you; it will simply manifest as reality in you.

Today’s thought current; I’ll just connect and tell you clearly.

First thought current I gave you is: You are your Intention, nothing else, neither physiological, nor psychological or neurological experiences, or you.  You are beyond all of that.

Now listen to this thought current: Everything your life is made of is your very expression.  Listen, everything your life is made of is your very expression. Experientially, playing with them, changing them, altering them, manipulating them, is powers, Siddhis.  Understanding, no need to play with any of this, you are beyond and going beyond, is Enlightenment.  

Listen now. Listen now. Now what I said is pure science.  Mahadeva gives a very powerful, practical methodology to experientially realize this statement.  The statement, which I uttered, now is a Sutra, pure science.  

Whatever you see in your life, including the walls of this hall and me sitting in front of you, this throne, your chair, the people sitting around you, everything is made of a material, which is from inside you. You can alter, manipulate, extend, reduce, change, everything as you want. Please understand, everything you see in your life, is made out of a stuff, which comes from your very Self. The wax, the material in which your waking state is made and your dream state is made, that material is from you, inside you; just like cobweb.  It’s from you, the material is manifested.

Listen, listen, how this can become our realization, how this can become our realization? This thought current, now which I said is pure science.  Now, Mahadeva comes next to applied science – how to make that into reality for you and how to use that in your day-to-day life.  It’s a very beautiful revelation. “I go through whatever I go through which I don’t want in my life just for that one thing!” is called your fundamental right. Anything you think as your fundamental right, whether its money, name and fame, relationships, pleasure, you will get that, but by that very thing which you equated your life to, you will feel cheated by that!

The thought current which can liberate you from all the thought currents; I should not even say thought current, it’s like a Kundalini current, which can liberate you from all thought currents. I initiated all of you in Shivaratri day. I will remind you all – “I am what my intention to be. Anything other than that – physiological, psychological, neurological ups and downs are not me.”

Now today, few organic fertilizers, to grow this thought current, organic fertilizers to grow this Kundalini current. Thought current is too poor word… Kundalini current. For example, if I tell you – ‘think about a beautiful river and hills; that can be called as thought current. But if I tell you: “remember you are just what you want to be, and all the physiological, psychological, neurological ups and downs are not you”, it cannot be called as thought current. When you entertain that in your life that should be called as Kundalini current. It’s not thought current. So that’s a difference. Whatever liberates you can’t be called as thought currents; that is kundalini current. Every Kundalini current, make your whole system as bliss part. Your whole blood, bone marrow, everything, become such beautiful, such beautiful, bliss overflow.

What you strongly believe inside you as your fundamental right, listen, all of us strongly believe some things as our fundamental right. That freedom should not be touched, because, “I go through whatever I go through which I don’t want in my life just for that one thing’! So all of you look into what do you think as your fundamental right. Listen, what you feel, what you believe as your fundamental right, that plays a major role, because, when you are alone, you boil down only to your, what do you think as your fundamental right. A man who thinks ‘I tolerate all this just for the sake of money, who thinks money is his fundamental pleasure, fundamental right, naturally he will become rich. He will be working only towards wealth and he will become rich. But he will not be fulfilled. Your intention is the only living mechanism in you, other than your intention everything else is matter in you!

As a descendant of Mahadeva, I bless you all on this auspicious Mahashivaratri, let this night Awaken all of you.

I welcome everyone sitting with us on this auspicious night of Shivaratri. Shiva means causeless auspiciousness. This Cosmos is a reasonless, continuous auspiciousness; it is Nithya Mangalatva for no reason, eternal auspiciousness without any reason, causelessly. On this auspicious day, I wanted to share directly something I heard directly from Arunagiri Yogishwara with all of you as Maha Shivaratri’s message.

The physiological, psychological, neurological ups and downs you go through, perceptions and experiences you have — is NOT you. The real intention you carry about what you want to become that IS you.  Understand, suddenly last few days, continuously this message was going on in my system even in the Conquering Time workshop I was sharing this message. Only today I realized Mahadeva wants this as this Shivaratri message.

Listen carefully, whatever intention you have, that you want to become, that is YOU, other than that psychological, physiological, neurological, experience, perception you go through— is NOT you.

If you feel depressed about your body, and your mind, and about yourself or if you feel excited, elated about your body, your mind and about you, whether depression or excitement, nothing is YOU. Nothing is YOU. When Arunagiri Yogishwara [incarnation of Shiva who appeared to Nithyananda in his childhood] shared these words with me, the way it entered into my system, they way it became part of my cognition, the way it became part of my reality — from that day never physiological, psychological, neurological, ups and downs can bind me in any way.

Listen to this truth and contemplate on it. I will support you to experience that as reality.

I still remember He [Arunagiri Yogishwara] was sitting in this very posture, Sukhasana, having hand on my shoulder, and said ….. uttered the exact words He uttered in Tamil. I know for sure if you are a Tamilian you cannot understand this language, because it is classical Tamil.
