Once you catch Sadashiva’s love and His Integrity to His love, you will understand, that is the way He functions!

Understand some of the basic truths. Your attitude towards a person decides whether you are going to be part of his public life, private life, secret life. Same applies – your attitude towards the Cosmos is going to decide whether you are going to be part of the Cosmos – public life, private life or secret life.

If you are part of Cosmos’ public life, you will be a great devotee, whatever you want will be showered, nurtured, nourished.

If you are part of Cosmos’ private life, you will be an Enlightened Being, whenever you want, He will manifest through you and bless few people around you.

Becoming part of His secret life, if you are part of His Cosmos’ secret life, then you know the nuances – how the Brahmānda [lit. the egg of Cosmos] functions.

Neither the law nor the logic defines the method of Brahmānda’s functions. Neither there is a law nor there is a logic in Sadāshiva’s functioning. There is a tremendous love and integrity to His love – need to be understood. Once you catch His love and His integrity to His love, you will understand, that is the way He functions.

Till you become part of His secret life, you will continue to have questions, stupid questions – why somebody is rich? Why somebody is poor? Why somebody lives long? Why somebody dies within few days of birth? Why somebody falls sick? Why somebody is healthy? – all this questions will be there. Either they will be haunting you or you will push them under the carpet and sit on it, whatever, but it will be there. It will be there!

Only when you become part of His secret life, you are He, He is you – you are an Incarnation. Whoever becomes part of the secret life of Sadāshiva, Cosmos – you are an Incarnation. Why do people break up, don’t live happily ?

Mohandas Pai: Swamiji, why is there conflict in families between 2 people. Between spouses, why do people break up, don’t live happily, how to handle conflict and what causes this conflict?

Swamiji: Basically, you keep somebody as part of your cognition, but you are not ready to take the responsibility for how they expect you. See when….for example when you visualize….when somebody visualizes their joy, if they do not keep their spouse and children in that joy frame, then they don’t have to be responsible. If  they visualize fear, in that fear frame if something happening to their child, their spouse, is not there in that frame, then he doesn’t need to bother about what they think about him or how they hold him. When your joy frame, greed frame, life frames, has all of them as part of it, then we are responsible for how they hold us, what we stand for them, what is our commitments and relationships, what is our understandings and said-unsaid agreements. Not leaving any grey area, with the people who are in your life frame, is relationship.

Mohandas Pai: But Swamiji, this is very fascinating. Then, how do we relate to the rest of society? Continue reading “Why do people break up, don’t live happily ?”

Do we have the ability and the right to decide, what is good for us ?

Mohandas Pai: Swamiji, in our lives, we are subject to so many external rules. We are told to behave in a particular manner, to live in a particular manner, to eat in a particular manner. Now do we have command over our own lives? Do we have the ability and the right to decide, what is good for us, as we seek happiness and peace in our lives? Swamiji:  Whoever does not understand the context is bound by the rule. Whoever understands the context is empowered by the rule. Mohandas Pai: Oh… Swamiji: Any rule. Whether it’s a traffic rule … Continue reading Do we have the ability and the right to decide, what is good for us ?

The most subtlest experience of Consciousness you got when you were alive, that will only automatically open up when you leave the body

By defining Consciousness, Upaniṣads are asking us to align ourself again to the context.

Pure Consciousness is all-pervasive, beyond the coming and going, absolute radiant, and self-effulgent, unembodied, boundaryless whole, beyond the subtle body, woundless, muscleless, having no incompletion with the body, beyond the gross body. Consciousness is the ever pure space devoid of the dirt of ignorance, beyond the causal body, and is untouched by the delusion of incompletion.

This description, this description itself needs to be meditated. I wanted that today’s Vākyārtha Sadas should be held on: What is the meaning of each of these words? Pure Consciousness is all-pervasive, then what is that all-pervasive? Beyond Space! Earth is not all-pervasive, water is not all-pervasive; Fire is not all-pervasive; Air is not all-pervasive, even Space is not all-pervasive, then what is it, subtler than the Space which is all-pervasive? Ability to visualize? No! There are so many tons of things which can’t be visualized. There are so many things which can’t even be thought about. Then what is Pure Consciousness? When you contemplate, you will have ‘click’. Please understand, every contemplation on Pure Consciousness will give you a ‘click’, that is Consciousness for you. And if you further contemplate on it, you will have a better, and deeper and subtler understanding and ‘click.’ These clicks getting refined is Spiritual Growth. Understanding the original context for which you aspired the present situation, and looking at the present situation from that very context, and enjoying, celebrating, is “Completion”

Listen!  Whenever you perceive life is denying you something, just look at it from this angle.  It is silver lining that makes you see the cloud.  You cannot say, ‘Oh, what a big cloud!’  There is an end; only then you are seeing the cloud.  Even the energy which you get to say ‘life is denying you something’, means, you want something, so you say life is denying.  The very idea you want something, itself is enough proof life is supporting you!  Understand, I have a great news for you today:

ANYTHING YOU WANTED EVEN ONCE, YOU HAVE TO ENJOY IT!  You HAVE to enjoy it!  That is law of life.

Anything you wanted even once…..  If you had a subtle greed for this seat even once, in any one of the future janmas (lives) you WILL BE MADE TO SIT IN THIS and go through all the responsibilities you need to take for this; only then you will be liberated, understand!  Only then you will be liberated!  If you decide for liberation, then if this seat happens, it will be so beautiful.  Just like how I am enjoying!  But, if you act for greed, nothing wrong; it will not be denied to you; but you have to live it, you have to enjoy it! Living Advaitha – V

…continued fromLiving Advaitha IV

It is Authenticity  makes you  man.  Neither the birth nor the growth of your body, or the growth of your wealth makes you a man.  It is Authenticity which makes you a man.

Please listen, all sufferings, all sufferings – when I say “all”, I mean capital letters “A-L-L” – all sufferings is because you forget your identity again and again and again.  All the good things are showered on you when you become authentic.  Again and again aligning yourself to Authenticity is “Tapas”.

From yesterday, so many participants of Living Advaitha process, participants of Living Advaitha process have started posting in the Facebook about their inner-image, outer-image, others-image and life-image.

“Inner-image” is the idea you carry about yourself inside you.  “Outer-image” is the way you project yourself. “Others-image” is how others perceive you, for which you are responsible.  “Life-image” is how you perceive others and life.

So many participants who are participating in the Living Advaitha process, the teamily process through Facebook have posted.  I wanted you to understand this one thing:  When you are putting your inner-image and outer-image don’t try to describe in just one word.  Some of the people have just put “Shivoham”, “Shivoham”, “Shivoham”, “Shivoham” for all the four. Understand, what do you know about Shiva?  Describe the inner-image, inner-image you wanted to have.  Even if you defined it overall under the title “Shivoham”, describe what you understand as “Shivoham”, because now whatever you describe as your inner-image, anything other than that if it is sitting inside you, it has to be completed and dropped.  So the article title can be “Shivoham”but the article has to be written detailed way.

When you write inner image – Shivoham describe the detailed qualities, what you think as Shiva?  Please listen.  You will not know Shiva as on now, but at least pen down what you think as Shiva; let us complete all the incompletions other than your perception of Shiva.  For example, if you perceive Shiva all-powerful, all-knowing, always compassionate, so now you have to complete with your ignorance, powerlessness, all-powerlessness, all-ignorance and all-violence.  You have to complete and drop them.  Then don’t think you will get only the three qualities of Shiva.  Once you finish completing few incompletions, all the qualities of Mahadeva which you imagined and not imagined will break open as if the floodgates were open inside your system.

When you describe your inner-image should be like Shiva, what you think as Shiva, describe that.  Somebody wrote their inner-image should be like eternally enlightened. Yes, great!  What you describe as eternally enlightened, write your definition.  Why you know?  If you describe some two-three qualities which you think as enlightenment quality, or Shiva’s quality and complete with all the incompletions and drop, really the floodgate of Shiva’s energy will open in your system. You may describe Shiva as all-knower, all-powerful, omnipresent.  Shiva himself may be having thousand qualities.  You may be describing only three qualities.  But that three qualities, whatever incompletions you have about that three qualities, if you complete and drop them, don’t think only that three qualities will open up in you; it will open the floodgates where all the qualities of Mahadeva will start expressing through you!  Because, listen to this logic:  There is a huge dam.  There are now dams which are one kilometre in length.  In the modern-day, even twenty kilometres length dams we are building.  Even if it is one kilometre length dam to release the whole flood water you don’t need to break the whole one kilometre dam.  Just poke one hole into the dam.  One hole is enough.  The whole flood will destroy the dam and come out.  Same way, if you poke one hole into your thick ignorance, the “apasmara” in your thick forgetfulness. My bones are Arunachala, and blood is Ganga!

A few days before, I went to the banks of the Ganges for a walk. Nothing big, a very simple act: A few kids were selling flowers there. They asked us to buy flowers and put it in the Ganga. I told our Swamis who were there with me, I said, ‘For all these kids, given ten-ten rupees.’ There were only five kids; so, fifty rupees; less than fifty cents, or less than a dollar I can say, a little more than fifty cents and less than a dollar….less than a dollar. I told our Swamis to give ten-ten rupees. … Continue reading My bones are Arunachala, and blood is Ganga!

If you observe deeply you will find out,

If you observe deeply you will find out, if you have incompletion within you that day you will feel I am angry with you. When you have incompletion you will see the reflection on Me, means, if you feel I am angry at you, all you need to do is do completion with you and completion with others. I am not angry with you. If I am angry with you, then I am incomplete. I am not angry with you because I am complete with me and with others.  Continue reading If you observe deeply you will find out,
