Leadership is not a quality, but an experience that can radiate from an individual who has experienced personal growth and transformation

When we become responsible for others, we no longer are focused on us. We move towards serving other people. Serving other people is leadership.Pandering to one’s own needs without a care about others is absence of leadership.

There are so many books these days about leadership and how it is an important part of making an organization successful. There are so many so-called leadership gurus who teach and train people in organizations to ‘develop’ leadership. Yet when we look at all organizations, whether they are doing business to make a profit, or in government service or in the area of social services, true leaders are rare. If you look at any organization you will find that less than 1% tends to become the so-called leaders in the organization. If you look at business organizations, we can say that there are probably only 1% of these organizations that can claim to be true leaders in their fields who are excelling in all areas of their business – making a profit, delivering good products and services, providing service to society, providing satisfaction to their employees, etc. So we can say, true leaders are actually 1% of the 1% of successful business organizations. It means just 0.01% of the overall working population actually has true leadership qualities in them! We can say the same about organizations in other fields. This is what I mean when I say true leaders are rare.

Everyone can become a leader and the quality of leadership arises from one’s ability to take responsibility for a particular organization, a situation or a particular group.

What happens when you leave the body in the presence of an Avatar ?

After my enlightenment, I came back to South India. I was in Bangalore in a devotee’s house, healing people who sought me out. At that time, a devotee was admitted in the ICU and I was requested to heal him. There again, while healing, the person in the bed next to the devotee started dying! The moment I saw that the person was about to die, the first thing I felt like doing was to move away from the suffering that was about to come! But the devotee was afraid and not ready to leave me!

Suddenly I saw that this person who was dying, was not going through any suffering like the earlier person. I was shocked, and I became very curious. Earlier, the movement of the individual soul from layer to layer was great suffering and torture for it. But this soul was moving so smoothly from layer to layer just like how a knife moves through butter, or how a snowball rolls down!

In the first layer or physical body, there was a little pain. Then suddenly the pain disappeared and the individual soul moved to the pranic layer. It moved from layer to layer like a royal guest! It was so empowered, that the desires, guilt and pain were not able to attack it at all. Even in the causal layer, it did not fall asleep. When you expand what you think as you, directly you expand what you project as you and you also expand and fulfill what others expect from you!

Just like a film kept in front of the projector light is seen as a reality in the screen, mamakara kept in front of the consciousness is seen as a reality in the life. Authenticity expands the mamakara. Authenticity transforms the slide kept in front of the projector. So, naturally that transforms.
When you start working on authenticity constantly every day you are reminded of expanding your mamakara – what you perceive as you, what you experience as you, what you feel as you. When you expand continuously what you feel as you, what you perceive as you; when you are working on what you perceive as you, I tell you so much miraculous changes will happen the way you experience your reality. Life will change; how the life responds to you will change, how you perceive the life will change, everything will change!
With authenticity every day you have to work on your inner image. I tell you, working on your inner image is excitement. Thinking you cannot change your inner image anymore is boredom. As long as you are interested in developing your inner image you continue to have life even if your body drops. The day you decide you can’t develop your inner image anymore you are dead even your body is functioning.

On the river of High joy, Saatvikananda only, the boat of Integrity can travel!

I wanted to explain from the angle of the spiritual alchemy process about the reason for this Saatvikananda.

Understand… do not allow your physiology or psychology to enjoy any joy which comes by torturing anybody. Don’t allow. Then you lose your Shaivatva. No! You lose your Shivatvamasi. No! Don’t allow. Never allow any joy which comes by suffering of the other person, torture of the other person. No! Then your brain loses its capacity to hold Sadashiva in you. And, always encourage, grow, the Saatvikanandas. Don’t be shy to grow the Saatvikananda. Do not be shy to grow the bliss of Sattvika; means non-violent joys should be grown so much into the system. I tell you, more and more dosage of non-violent bliss develops larger and larger vision of life.

Saatvikananda person gets… I can’t even describe the benefits because this benefits happening in the physical level, in the muscle memory level, physiological level, psychological level; when the pitta in your brain, that layer of pitta reduces, only then your system develops a power called ‘eating its own dead cells and cleaning up’ which is the energy of Rudra.

Understand. Listen, just now few days before, one fellow got Nobel Prize for Physics. His research project, I studied his research project why he got. It is all about the science of how the body is eating its old dead cells and how it can be supported and encouraged. Please listen. For what he got the Nobel Prize now, at least 60000 years before elaborately Sadashiva describes. I can give you precise word. Now I think in English they use the word autophagy or something.  LEADERSHIP is the result of a conscious choice made by an individual. Most of us achieve the status of a leader, but not the state. State is totally different from status. Status comes from society. If we are leading a group of people, or if we are forced to take the responsibility of some department or if we take the responsibility out of greed, the status comes.

Leadership ‘state’ is totally different.

When I use the word ‘state’ I mean our inner space or our being should be mature enough to handle what we are entering or the responsibility which we are assuming. When we just get the status without achieving the state, all the problems which exist in the corporate world start — stress and tension at the personal level, and backbiting and politics at the level of the team. When we become responsible for others, we no longer are focused on ourselves. We move towards serving other people.

Serving other people is leadership. Caring for our own needs without shifting the focus to others is absence of leadership.

A responsible leader is a person who is able to respond spontaneously to situations, who is fresh and continuously keeps himself alive.

However, most of us are constantly taking decisions, unaware and unconsciously through our past memories or Engrams. . As long as we are caught in our unconscious engrams, we can never achieve the state of a leader. We may achieve the status of a leader with a lot of suffering and struggle. When we sit in the leader’s chair with a lot of suffering and struggle, we tend to create the same suffering and struggle for our subordinates. These engrams dictate our productivity, interpersonal skills, teamwork, judgement — all our responses and behavior  But engrams are never understood or given any importance in the field of corporate training and leadership development.

Eastern mystics have spent thousands of years exploring and discovering the inner world. They have created tools and techniques to create the right ‘inner software’ to cultivate leadership skills. Meditation techniques are the software that help us eradicate the engrams. Our goal should be achieving the state of consciousness of a leader and not the status that is achieved by becoming a leader. Let us all start shifting our energy to achieving the state of leadership. There is an invaluable feeling of fulfillment that happens to beings who achieve leader consciousness.
