When you regain your innocence, you are called dwija, reborn, mature!

Innocence is the way to approach life! The moment you realize that you need to regain your innocence, you are ready for the transformation. The scale of measure of regaining innocence is to watch your reaction to the little things in life. Innocence sees all little things with awe and wonder. That is why children are so wonder filled all the time. You can see it in their wide eyes. If you are able to see things in wonder, then innocence has started happening in you. It is possible that with all the knowledge of the world you can still have clear and innocent eyes. Those are the eyes of the sage.

Childlike innocence is beautiful but not enough. It has to be lost to life and regained with complete awareness and maturity

Childlike innocence discovers many things but cannot understand most of it. It enjoys it at the level of its innocence, that’s all. Whereas innocence regained not only discovers these new things, but also understands all of them. That is the difference. Childlike innocence is beautiful but not enough. It has to be lost to life and regained with complete awareness and maturity. It is said that a mad man and a mystic look alike. Both of them will be eccentric in their ways, laughing abruptly and doing things incomprehensible. But they are actually at the extreme two ends of the same spectrum! Read More

Maturity is functioning out of immense innocence and giving your whole to the moment!

The Dhammapada says: Light the lamp within; strive hard to attain wisdom. Become pure and innocent, and live in the world of light.

When you came into the world, you came as an innocent infant. You radiated the beauty of your innocence until society gave you the mind. Now, you want to get rid of your mind and become innocent again. The regained innocence is what is called maturity. It is possible to regain it. Just believe that you were innocent once upon a time. Trust that the innocence is still within you. Then it is possible to start radiating it again. This understanding will start the process again.

Let the core of you be at ease all the time, irrespective of where you might be or what you may be doing. Then you can retain your purity.

Maturity causes us to live in totality. Totality is functioning out of immense innocence and giving your whole to the moment. There is no opinion, no judgment, no fragments within you. There is only intense enthusiasm for the moment. The openness to the moment is the innocence. Just one thing is needed to become innocent once again. Don’t hide behind false knowledge. See where all you are hiding and step out to reveal your natural self. Then you are completely open. This is the attitude for enlightenment.

Knowing that you are hiding is the first step. Taking a strong decision to come out of it is the next step. Then you will see that innocence and maturity start happening. Read More

Declaration of Will, Science of Will

Paramahamsa Nithyananda intercepts into the first part of Shanti Mantra, which is chanted before the Kena Upanishad, in this Nithya Satsang as on 29th June 2016, live from Varanasi. This glorious declaration by the Upanishadic Rishis is the ‘declaration of WILL”” forming the science of WILL. His Holiness reveals that the one core truth that the whole Hindu tradition accepts indisputably, be they from the Shakta, Shaiva, Kaumara, Ganapatya, Saurya, Jain, Buddha traditions or any of the 6 Darshanas of Hinduism is the sacred sound – AUM, the cosmic vibration and the sacredness of ‘cows’. This Shanti Mantra or peace invocation begins with AUM, and makes a declaration of WILL, which fully integrates us and enriches (āpyāyantu) with MATURITY, STRENGTH, ENERGY. Paramahamsa Nithyananda enters into the deeper meanings of this verse with the essence of MATURITY. He defines: Maturity means being integrated to your WILL. Maturity does not mean you become handicapped; you become filled with strength and energy. Revealing the sacred moments from his childhood, He narrates how He had tuned Himself to the Sannyasa life at age 6 by declaring to His Guru and integrating his whole system which became matured to the decision of Sannyasa.

When you stop cheating yourself with the answers with which you’ve not clicked and come back to basic questions of life you will catch, understand the life where boredom, vacation become meaningless!

I will explain the sacred truth of the Source of Seeking.

Please understand, your very bio memory vibrates, your very bio memory actively functions, only with some of the basic questions about life. What is pleasure, how can I have more? What is pain, how can I avoid that? What is life? Is this understandings going to help me? What is joy? All these basic truths, basic understandings – how can I experience them? —  these basic questions about life only continues to make you function, act.

Entertaining these basic questions: What is pain? How can I avoid it? What is joy? how can I have more? What is life? Please understand, how many times you may hear answer for these questions from your father, mother, uncle, society, teacher, finally from Guru. How many ever times you may listen an answer for these questions, listening to better and better answers for these questions and clicking with them is maturity. Listening your own answer and experiencing once for all is enlightenment. Understand? It’s nothing but basic questions.

What is life? What is death? Why suffering? Why pain? What is bliss? What is joy? How can I have more joy? How can I have less pain? What is it that is living inside me? What is it that changes inside me? What is it that does not change inside me? What is it that is making me move? What is it that is making me tired? What makes me exciting? What makes me feel bored?

For these basic questions, if you have better and better answer and click with the better answers, that is called Maturity.

Naturally, the answer your friend gives when you were 5 year old will be different, mother who gives when you are 6 year told will be different, when your father gives when you are 14 will be different.  Finally when you reach your Guru, the answer He gives will be different.

So clicking with better and better answers is Maturity. Ultimately, clicking with your own answer, experience, and the question disappearing once for all is Enlightenment. That is Enlightenment. Read More

May my limbs, speech, vital life-energy, eyes, ears, and all the senses be fully matured and be enriched with strength and energy!

Paramahamsa Nithyananda intercepts into the first part of Shanti Mantra, which is chanted before the Kena Upanishad, in this Nithya Satsang as on 29th June 2016, live from Varanasi. Swamiji enters into the deeper meanings of this verse with the essence of MATURITY.

Shanti Mantra

aum āpyāyantu mamāṇgāni vākprāṇaścakśuḥ śrotram-athobalam-indriyāṇi ca sarvāṇi |

Aum. May my limbs, speech, vital life-energy (prāṇa), eyes, ears, and all the senses be fully matured and be enriched with strength and energy

Your life is not made of the situations outside, but it is made of the stuff you are made inside!

I will expand on Ishavasya Upanishad sixthverse, sixth sutra of Ishavasya Upanishad.

यस्तु सर्वाणि भूतान्यात्मन्यॆवानुपश्यति ।

सर्वभूतॆषु चात्मानं ततॊ न विजुगुप्सतॆ ॥

Yasthu Sarvaani Bhoothaani Aathmanyeva Anupashyathi |

Sarva Bhootheshu Cha Aathmaanam Thatho Na Vijugupsathe ||

“One who, indeed, lives by seeing as it is all existing beings in the Self, Consciousness itself, and the Self within all existing beings, thus does not feel violated by virtue of not separating oneself from anything existing.”

Listen!  Now the Upanishads are concentrating on one declaration, one truth: The perception you have about you.  See, the stuff out of which you are made, if you believe you are made of stuff hundred percent only with this bone, flesh, blood, then you can never conquer death fear.  Please understand, there is nobody, nobody, including Mahadeva, who is carrying the same flesh, blood, bone, physical body forever!  Even he assumes the physical body whenever he wants, wherever he wants, newly!  Only the bio-memory is same; biology is not same.  Only the bio-memory is same; biology is not same.  If you think you are just biology, just this flesh, bone, body, biology is enough to describe you completely, everything about you can be known just through the biology, if you stop with that, if you think that is the truth, be very clear, you will never realize the possibilities of life.  And, one of the biggest life-denial statements is – ‘You have only one birth’ – I tell you!  The biggest life-denial statement given to the Planet Earth, worst belief human-beings are pushed in is: ‘You have only one birth.’  That happens because of the idea you are just this physical body, biology is enough to explain everything about you.  No! How can I trust people? What if they take advantage of me? How do I start trusting after I have been hurt by others?

First thing, as long as you have some business understanding bargain, do not call that as “trust”. If you have been hurt, it must be in bargains, never in trust. Trust is a pure powerfulness to experience about you, and the surety, certainty, guarantee you experience about others just by the way of Oneness, not by the way of their words or commitments, the way they talk to you; it is the way they make you feel about you and them. Understand, the way they carry their being into you and they carry you into them. “Trust” is surety given by the being, not by the words; honest to the being, not to any words. So, if you have been hurt, be very clear, earlier you might have had bargaining relationship, not trust. So, do not call bargaining relationship, business relationships, as trust, and lose the ability to trust anybody. It is a very, very, very serious miss you will do in your life! No! That will be a very costly mistake!

And same way, don’t call your irresponsibility to gauge the other person as “you trusting and they taking advantage”. Most of the time, you complain about the other person that they took advantage of you. But if you look back, you were irresponsible in gauging them! You were irresponsible, that is the truth! Don’t cover up your irresponsibility, saying, ‘I trusted them!’ Did they give you word? Did they give you commitment? And even when they committed are they whole, complete? Was their whole being committed, or only one part of them committed? Or do they have the capacity to hold their words and commitments? Is he a matured man, integrated being, who has the capacity to stand by his commitment? You need to look into all that. You are responsible! Look into that! You cannot say your irresponsibility can be justified. You just blame others that they took advantage of you. Most of the time people blame others that they took advantage of them because of their own irresponsibility. At least be very clear, YOU were irresponsible in that relationship, so that you will retain the ability to trust the next person in your life responsibly. If you give a wrong word, saying, ‘I trusted, and they took advantage of me!’, you will lose the capacity to trust. This is one of the important dimensions of life which should never be lost.

When you understand that people cannot be changed, you are matured in relationships. When you understand that the whole world cannot be changed, you become mature for enlightenment. Maturity is nothing but acceptance in your bio-memory level. Completion again and again, will make you understand one thing in your bio-memory level: Acceptance is your life. Really! When I say acceptance, not acceptance out of powerlessness; just no resistance! When I understood I can’t change people, I got mystical power to transform people! Trying to change others is “Violence”. Trying to transform others is “Enriching”.

Change is different, Enriching is different. In Enriching, you are not focused on changing his character as you want for your benefits.

You are focused on making him/her complete.

Your focus is totally different. When you are Enriching, resistance, judgment, attachment, all three will drop in you. When you are trying to change, you will be so violent!

It is not that Enriching will be without passion.

(In a mild tone) if you want to do then do, otherwise it’s ok. ‘Every morning, you do little Yoga and meditation, live Integrity and Authenticity, it is good for you.

’ No!

 Enriching will have tremendous passion.

‘COME ON! LIVE INTEGRITY! LIVE AUTHENTICITY!’

It will have passion, but not violence.

Change: when you try to change, there will be lot of violence.
