Until the age of thirteen, Raghupati Yogi prepared my body and mind to enter into and stay in the experience of enlightenment. Entering into the experience, having a glimpse of the no-mind state, having that experience of satori and unclutching is actually not very difficult. But to remain in the experience and more importantly, to express that energy though your body, both your body and mind needs to be prepared.
Yoga thus prepared my body for holding the ultimate energy of enlightenment.

On some days, Raghupati Yogi would ask me to sit still and be very peaceful, to meditate on stillness, peace and tranquility. Then after ten minutes, he would suddenly tell me to stand up and run around the entire temple as fast as I could!
He would make me bend this way and that way. In the temple where he would teach me yoga, there were twenty to thirty pillars. He would make me climb every stone pillar and come down. Also I had to use only one hand to climb the pillars and come down!
Understand, doing asanas for solving a disease is not the purpose of yoga!

Yoga is a state of being. When the mind ceases to exist, you reside in the state of yoga, the state of no-mind, the state of ultimate consciousness or enlightenment.
When the state of no-mind and pure consciousness is experienced, you undergo a complete psychological revolution related to the understanding and experience of the self (jeeva), the world (jagat) and god (ishwara). You realize through experience that these three entities are not separate but one whole. Both the world and god are experienced within you. Yoga is not about physical fitness alone. It is also to help prepare the body for realizing the aim of uniting body, mind and spirit. Nithya Yoga is the technique designed in the body language of Patanjali for this uniting. In the same manner as we spoke about Nithya Dhyaan amongst meditations, Nithya Yoga is the yoga for the jet age.
Patanjali, the father of the ancient science of yoga, says at the very start of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, which is the foundational scripture of Yoga:
“Yogaha chitta vritti nirodhaha” Continue reading “What is yoga ?”
Understand that if your family completely supports you and gives you the courage and confidence that you are a leader, you will be successful in your professional life or social life. The right family is really important to be successful in society because only that will give you the courage and confidence to take major decisions in your life.
In the same way, only your body can give you the confidence for you to achieve enlightenment. That is why yoga plays such an important role in the path of enlightenment. It works on the body and mind and gives you the confidence and courage that you can execute whatever you think.
During the vedic times in India, the whole life, the whole society was based on enlightenment. 70 percent of the people were enlightened and the remaining 30 percent were seeking, working towards enlightenment. But the palaces that were constructed by the same kings for themselves no longer exist.”
As of now, you are not mature enough to hold the chaos, the cosmos, inside the frame of your body. You need to put the chaos in order because you are not capable of handling the cosmos as is. The six feet frame of your body is not mature enough to hold the chaos as is, to experience and enjoy the cosmos as is.
Being with a body, mind and brain that are awakened and tuned to experience the cosmos as is, is what is living enlightenment. For this, the body, mind and brain need to be prepared. The body can be prepared with techniques like Nithya Yoga. Continue reading “Initiation is directly transmitting the energy after which different dimensions of you will start getting awakened.”

The question, “My dearest Swamiji, ‘Bliss is cosmos’ is becoming profound reality within just 4 days of the IA program completion. How can we connect Swamiji to everyone so that they can taste the nectar specially our near and dear ones– especially our near and dear ones or friends who have language limitations or mind-set fixed due to their religious beliefs?
Two thing. First, you imbibe this concept / this truths as a experience so deeply, when you go and start living, constantly approach your near and dear ones, every human being with this one attitude of ‘how can I contribute to his life and make a difference?’ Please understand, recently I have taken a vow. Whoever comes in my breathing space I will give something to them. May be a healing or a boon, atleast a candy. I can see so clearly, please understand, this has opened a new dimension even in me. I have the habit of always—whoever asks something, prays for something, blessing or giving them the boon. That is one thing. Now, I made it like a rule. Anybody who comes in my breathing space I will give them something; atleast a blessing from the heart, ‘let you be blissful’. My presence is always blessing, all those things are one side-it is a mystical side. Even in the practical side, when I decided, I keep this as a vow, I tell you—you also keep this as a vow—so much opens up inside you.
When you approach your near and dear ones or your family, friends, people, anybody, you don’t even need your near and dear ones practice your love and compassion.
Go and stand outside the mall- every human being is your near and dear one only. Every human being walks in, walks out. Stand with the tremendous meditative mood, how can I contribute to his life and make a difference. What is the best thing which made difference in my life? – feeling connection with my Master or meditation, Inner Awakening. You may have different words. But all these different words are like different doors of this Chit Sabha. Whichever door you enter you will reach me only. One door is Inner Awakening, one door is Nithya Yoga, one door is Nithya Kriya, one door is feeling connection. So many different doors. One door is energy darshan, one door is initiation. So many different doors. Whichever door you.. door has contributed most to your life share that. Continue reading “How can I contribute and make a difference !”
