This verse, which says, vāyur-anilam amtam atheda means let my breathing pattern dissolve into the Cosmic breathing pattern.

Actually I wanted you to practice I wanted all of you to practice this, especially when you fall asleep—decide anyhow now I am going to fall asleep. I can’t keep my inner image, my outer image, other’s image, life image, all up, alive. Actually all you guys are holding on to your outer-image like flex board only, it is so heavy, and you go ahhh, ahhh, AHHHHH! The other’s expectations are like a wind blowing on it…. [Swamiji makes pounding sound].. this flex board is dancing, and you say, “no, I am holding.” When you fall asleep you know you can’t hold on to it anymore. So, decide, now nothing can be done, “I am going to fall asleep.” Instead of holding on or planning, “ how I will hold on the outer image face all the expectations of other’s image, the wind, snow fall, cyclone, what you call, tornado”; actually, expectation from your girlfriend is wind, once she becomes your wife, expectation from her is tornado, once you have a kid, expectation from her is wind, tornado, forest fire, snow fall, all put together and something more, you imagine. It is not only about between husband and wife even in the office.. whole day you go on planning to hold on to that flex board, anyhow night you can’t hold on. You are going to fall asleep.

Decide, understand, every night if you make a decision, consciously, within 21 days it can become your bio-memory your cognition. For falling asleep, buddhi need to be powerful!

Falling asleep is an action per Hindu tradition; only unclutching is a non-action, everything else is action. So for falling asleep, your buddhi need to be powerful! To plan, logic needs to be powerful. For falling asleep, buddhi need to be powerful! Understand, that is why in the west so many people suffer even to fall asleep! It’s only the Vedic tradition which has the solution and answer.

I am telling you, let anybody teach any religion, you can practice all that in the daytime, but if you want to fall asleep the only religion you have to follow is Hinduism, nothing else will teach you to fall asleep! Any amount of any sized bed you can buy, pills you can swallow, only Vedic tradition can give you rest; because falling asleep is an action, it is not collapsing on the bed as you have been taught from the beginning. Your buddhi (intellect) needs to be powerful. Your buddhi will be powerful whole day if you keep your body and intellect powerful. Whole day if you are acting, alive, not entertaining the boredom and tiredness, then just you can stretch your body, it will fall into Samadhi, it will fall into the state of Yoga Nidra.

If you fall asleep after the sexual act due to the pain, tiredness in the body, it is Bhoga Nidra; if you fall asleep after rolling in the bed because of the boredom and tiredness, it is Roga Nidra. If you fall asleep just out of the pure, powerfulness of buddhi (intellect), it is Yoga Nidra.

Understand, entertaining boredom in your Life is hell fire. You can see, many days, out of boredom and rejection when you lie on your bed, you can’t even fall asleep, you will just be rolling, tossing; that is hell fire, understand. That is hell fire.

Drop yourself into the space of powerfulness every night

Today I wanted to give the gist of what I am trying to do to the world. Please understand, it all boils down to just one or two words. Whether the temples I am building or the programs I am conducting from morning Nithya Satsang to free webinars to NDY, NKY or Inner Awakening Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, Level-4, whatever or the future Level-5, Level-6, Level-7 going to happen, all that put together, please understand, the essence is basically:

Awaken your Kundalini Shakthi. Awaken your Kundalini! And raise it to the highest peak frequency!

When the Kundalini moves inside the system, at different areas it experiences different frequency. Raise it to the highest frequency! And celebrate the life, enjoy the life as you want with this extraordinary, overflowing, excessive, luxurious life-energy! Understand? That is the word I have to use. Please understand, what I am saying now, even medically verified statement: Only if you have an excessive energy, these muscles (facial muscles) even expand in smiling, understand? Otherwise, how people smile you know? (Swamiji demonstrates).

I tell you, it is the luxurious energy you carried in your stomach, in your heart, in your throat, in your face, in your crown – that is luxury! That is the best luxury! I tell you, when you wake up in the morning, the energy you carry in your stomach, are you carrying a cramp or are you carrying the gas or are you carrying an uncomfortable acidity feeling? What are you carrying in the stomach when you wake up and by the time you get ready for your every-day routine, you remember your every day, what is the energy you are carrying in your heart? The moment you remember you have to go to your office, you have to meet your family, you have to meet your teamily, you have to meet your team, you have to meet your boss, you have to do your every-day actions, what is the experience you carry when you remember your every-day routine in your heart, what is the energy you feel near your chest, THAT decides whether you are living luxuriously or not. The way you carry yourself, what your shoulders are feeling, are you walking like this (shoulders drooping, head hanging down), almost collapsing or are you carrying yourself (chest out, head and neck straight)? THAT decides!

I tell you, every night what kind of a space you are just dropping yourself….. You see, you are like a huge, large-size bag of cotton. If you soak the cotton bag into red colour every night, next day morning it will be red colour. If you soak that into green colour, next day morning it will be green colour. What kind of a dye colour you soak the cotton bag, next day it will be that same colour. One day if you soak in red colour, and next day if you soak in blue; it will be mixture of both. Same way, every night, what kind of a space in which you are soaking you, you are just dropping you, next day when you come out of that, that will only be dripping you around, you will be oozing out only that. In what you dropped you, next day you will be dripping that same thing. Drop yourself every day in highest Kundalini.
I tell you, the definition of ‘sleep’, definition of ‘sleep’, definition of ‘sleep’: You should never feel tired, bored, when you close your eyes and rest your body. You should not be feeling restless, understand?
Restlessness means insomnia, sleeplessness, turning this side, that side, tossing around. Neither you should be exhausted and drop yourself in the bed and fall asleep, nor you should be restless without getting sleep. It should be just entering into the energy space. And it is possible! I am not giving you any great theories. No! Just remember, last ten or twelve hours, the wax with which you made this world, the circus tent which you opened and running your circus, now wind up the whole thing, melt down the whole wax and drop it into the source and relax. In the circus tent, the poles and the cloth and the lamps, rings and the ringmaster, animals and the visitors, viewers, fans, who are clapping and few people who are protesting that animal should not be tortured, everybody is you.
Every night when you are dropping into that space of powerfulness, remember, everybody is you. You are doing this drama! You already gave the script to all of them and playing the game. You are doing this drama. You have given the script. Just relax into that powerfulness which comes when you do Completion. Every night, before falling asleep, just complete whatever incompletions you remember, and fall into that powerful space. Fall into that powerful space! Neither you should be tired or bored or exhausted when you fall asleep nor you should be restless, sleepless, feeling insomnia. Understand, insomnia and tiredness, both are same. Don’t ever imagine if you are tired you will fall asleep. No! It is not true. It is not true. You should never fall asleep if your body is aching, your body is having any pain. Complete with all the physical, mental pains, boredom, all that, and just drop, complete.

When you fall asleep in the space of Completion every night, your Kundalini will be raised to its peak, because, awakening the Kundalini and keeping it in its peak is more easy in the night time while you fall asleep, than in the day time, because, in the day time there are so many distractions; even if you raise your Kundalini up, the moment you see your spouse, it comes down…….tadak! And then you remember Ananda Gandha, this-that, Completion and bring it up. The moment you see your boss……tadak! And then you do something….tak-tak-tak-tak…. bring it up. The moment you see somebody who gave you the loan……down! It just goes up and down and up and down like a roller coaster! But in the night time, if you just relax into the space of Completion and soak yourself, drop yourself in the Kundalini energy, listen, then you will just have the luxury of life, life-energy, Kundalini. Luxury of the Kundalini is the gift I am giving it to the world, understand? Anybody who claims you are my disciple, follower, devotee, you should have received this gift – luxury of Kundalini.

Swamiji sometimes people die very peacefully just in their sleep & sometimes a little struggle. Why?

Both ideas are wrong. Just because they died in the sleep you should not attribute the word peacefully. And just because their outside showing the pain symptoms , you cannot say they are not peaceful inside. So, peaceful and they are not peaceful is simply dependent on the patterns and incompletions. If you complete all the incompletions your death will be so peaceful, because all the patterns will become irrelevant to your life, irrelevant at that time. The incompletions  cannot bind you anymore. So you will have a peaceful, complete peaceful death. Whether you will have a peaceful death or not depends on you have a peaceful life or not. If you can just sit with yourself whenever you want & you are in the space of completion, perpetual completion, you will die only in that space.  If you can fall asleep when you want, if you can wake up when you want, you can sit with yourself when you want without electronic gadgets, you will die peacefully.

Completion and Listening are the foundation

Disciple asks Master, ‘What is the difference between you and me?’ Master replies, “I eat when I eat, I sleep when I sleep!’

Only if you are complete, you can do this! Only when you are complete, you can eat while you eat, you can sleep while you sleep. Unless you are complete, you can’t eat while you eat. You will be doing everything while you are eating! You will be doing everything while you sleep! Eat while you eat, sleep while you sleep.

Completion is enlightenment! Completion is auspiciousness! Completion is consciousness!

Complete!You will become more conscious.

Complete! You will become more auspicious.

Complete! You will have enlightenment!

Complete! You will have life!

Understand the life! Understand the strength! You will stop feeling powerlessness only after completion. Till completion, every moment of your life, in some way or other, you will have that shivering, feeling powerlessness continuously in you. Feeling powerless happens because you are broken to pieces! 

Integrity makes you feel powerful, strong. Strength happens in you with Integrity. Strength happens in you with Integrity. Knowledge happens in you with Integrity. Energy happens in you with Integrity. Power happens in you with Integrity. Everything good happens in you with Integrity, but Integrity happens in you only with completion! So, Completion and Listening are the base foundation on which these four principles stand as a pillar, and the space of miracles stands as a roof, enlightenment as a Kailash, and this is the building of Jeevan Mukthi!

Completion and Listening are the foundation. Without this foundation, nothing is possible. So, learn to find your root-pattern and complete! Learn to find your root pattern and complete!

 

 

Nirbhaya Dhyana – Death Meditation

Every fear you accumulate, every fear makes you feel agitated, every fear which you do not want to think or remember – go through, go into all those fears consciously neither deciding to save yourself from that fear nor having greed to achieve what you are afraid of. So without having the greed or fear enter into the fear. Naturally the fear will lose its quality of fear when you do not carry fear or greed for the fear. Greed has its quality of greed because you are greed for greed and fear about the greed. Same way the fear has the quality of fear because you are fear for the fear and indirect greed towards the fear. So when your fears are approached with fearlessness and greedlessness, the straightening out of your consciousness every day happens.

The change of consciousness from Jagrath to Swapna, Swapna to Sushupthi ; The waking state to dream state and dream state to the deep sleep state happens because your awareness is not straightened out. Either the bumps of the fear or bumps of the greed responsible for your consciousness jumping from waking state to dream state or dream state to deep sleep state. If you remove all the bumps of the fear before falling asleep you will not fall asleep, you will fall into something called restful awareness, which is recorded by the word – Turiya – by the earlier mantra drashtas. So the word Turiya denotes the state of falling into the restful awareness without the bumps of fear or greed. Every night remove all the bumps you created during your day time through fear or greed. Continous practice of removing all the bumps of fear and greed by facing them will help you to fall into the state of Turiya. This is what Mahadeva calls as Death process – Nirbhaya Dhyana.

The moment you wake up jump out of bed !

Every morning 21 minute, so that is the one cycle of you waking up. When you remember you are alive, you are awake about this world, few minutes after that and few mins before that. I can say 5 mins after you waking up and 16 mins before you waking up that 21 minute plays a major role in everyday designing your body. Understand, everyday you design your body. It is not that just once in a year on your birthday you design your body. NO. Everyday it changes. That is why I say, “the moment you wake up jump out of bed”. Everyday you design how you should look, how you should feel. How you should feel about you (Mamakara) and how others should feel about you (Ahamkara).  

What do you think about yourself ?

Your body gets dismantled and assembled everyday. Your intestines replaces itself once in 3 months, your liver replaces itself once in 9 months, even your brain replaces itself once in a year. Practically once a year, your whole body replaces itself. This is the first truth.

Second, the ideas you carry about you plays a major role in reconstruction of your body. Please understand, every idea you carry about you plays a major role in re-construction of your body. Every day if you feel you are a wrestler, you don’t need to do any work out. I challenge, within 3 months the body measurements will be different. I am telling you lazy man’s way to build body. You don’t need to do anything, just contemplation. Only thing one corner of your mind will be barking like a dog, ‘No, no, how can this happen. I am not a wrestler. I can’t even move a tumbler. What do you mean by wrestler ? Wrestler means what you know – you need to punch people. I only get punched everyday’. Just shut that dog and say ‘That may be fact, but that is not truth. It may be fact now, but that does not mean it is going to be truth for tomorrow. I know tomorrow this is going to be the truth’.

The ideas you add everyday about you directly plays a role on your assembling. Its like when you get out of your house and are going to office you will carry office files, if you are going to golf club you will carry golf equipment; where you are going you will carry things necessary for that. Same way everyday when you come out of your deep sleep state, what-for you get into the body, you bring that kind of tools and weapons and assemble the body. So, everyday the idea you have about you directly plays a major role in assembling your body.

Please understand, your mind is you. If your mind is changed, you are changed. That’s all.
