Whatever you call as Reality and whatever you call as Dream are both made of Prana (life energy)!

Constantly, life is slipping and entering into death. Life slipping into death is what we usually call living. Please understand, actually we don’t live. We are just waiting for death to happen. Ordinary human beings don’t live. Life is just slipping into death, disappearing into death. That is the reason however many years you may live, you don’t feel satisfied, and you don’t feel you have lived your life because you don’t even know what life is.

When you become conscious of life, when you start thinking, contemplating about your life, when you bring awareness into your life, you create a new center in your being. Between this life and death, when you bring more awareness into the life, you create a new center, a new space in your life – that is what I call consciousness.

Whenever you are conscious, you start deciding about your life. For example, the more you become aware, the more you start designing or choosing what type of car you should drive, what type of house you should live in, and what type of life you want. You start deciding every inch. You become conscious about everything: how you should talk, how you should behave, how you should think, every inch you start becoming aware.

The moment you start becoming aware, you start deciding, and you start controlling your life. When you become completely aware you will start controlling your death also. Continue reading “Whatever you call as Reality and whatever you call as Dream are both made of Prana (life energy)!”

You are not in worry but You are worry and mind is not a thing but a process!

Worry and stress are closely interrelated. They are like parent and child. One cannot exist without the other. What works for one works for the other as well. However, given that stress is considered the biggest destroyer of health in today’s world, it is worth going into more depth on this subject.

Four hundred years ago Rene Descartes declared, ‘I think, therefore I exist.’ This has formed the basis of modern thinking. Billions of people in this world have followed Descartes* for generations believing that unless each one outthinks the other they cannot succeed in this world. Descartes was right, and he was wrong. He was right in that that the human system does not know how to live without its mind, without thinking. As a result human beings become slaves to their minds. They live in bondage.

Many centuries before Descartes, a vedic sage declared that man does not begin to exist till he stops thinking. Adi Shankara, at the age of eight, faced his future master across the waters of the holy Tungabhadra river. The master asked him, ‘Who are you?’ In response Adi Shankara- said  ‘I am not the mind, I am not the intellect, I am not the ego and I am not the senses. I am beyond all that. I am pure consciousness.

We are merely a bio-machine as long as we think we are mind and body. We are just a shade better than the animals we ascended from as long as we allow our senses to guide us. But the true potential of human beings is not merely to think and prove that we are superior to animals.

The purpose of human life is to transcend the mind and ascend to a higher state of consciousness.

In that state we are truly in the divinity that we descended from. Till we reach that state of unity with what we truly are, we are in turmoil. This turmoil, this confusion between our true nature and what we pretend and strive to be is what we call stress or tension. In your Creation bring Integrity, in your Sustenance bring Authenticity, in your Destruction bring Responsibility, when you are in delusion decide to throw yourself away and get into Enriching!

The manifest and unmanifest components of Sadashiva is part of you.  The manifest is Sadyojatam, Tatpurusham, Aghoram, Vamadevam, Ishanam. If I put it in your user-friendly language— I should tell you, I am not translating, I am putting in user-friendly language, means roughly equating it. Tatpurusha, Aghora, Vamadeva, Sadyojata, Ishana—these are the five manifest aspects of Sadashiva. If I have to put it into user-friendly language, I should say—creation, maintenance, destruction, delusion and liberation.  Listen. You go through all the five. When you are in the mode of creation, if you add Integrity, you will manifest Sadāshiva’s creation. Listen. When you are in the mode of creation, add Integrity to you—you will manifest Sadashiva.

Let me repeat. When you are in the creation mode, add Integrity to it.

You may ask, “What is creation mode?”

When you feel like doing something active. It can be your office work, it can be manifesting wealth, it can be doing something for name and fame, including career activities. Or it can be physically creating something; art, painting, drawing, even sexual desires, activities—all this belongs to creation when you are in the creation mode, bring Integrity to you, you will manifest Sadashiva—your creativity plus integrity is Sadāshiva’s creation energy, is Sadyoyata. Only from Satya, anything can be born, Jāta means born. Sadyojata means born out of Integrity. Anything, which is born out of Integrity, only will stand forever. So the creation face of Sadashiva is Sadyojata in all your creativity. It can be as simple as cooking to as complicated as manifesting wealth. It can be as lower as you think; sexual desires, or it can be as high as higher, as creating your Enlightenment. Any creation—including manifesting powers—any creation, including manifesting powers, add Integrity to it. Out of Satya, anything born, Sadyojata, anything born out of Integrity will stay forever and do good to you.

You all have that creation mood in you, that is Aham.  When you add Integrity to it you will become Sadāshivoham, in your creativity.

Understand. Add Integrity to all your creation. Continue reading “In your Creation bring Integrity, in your Sustenance bring Authenticity, in your Destruction bring Responsibility, when you are in delusion decide to throw yourself away and get into Enriching!”

Is there anything called “incompletion”? If it is not there, why are we perceiving it ?

It is like extracting the gold out of mud. See, the gold ore, they collect the gold ore, process it, boil it, acid-wash it; finally the gold comes out. Did the gold come from somewhere out of nowhere? No! It came only from itself. But was the gold there in the beginning? No! It came only from itself. Exactly like the gold from the gold ore, an enlightened being out of you, it is there inside you! Only if it is there it can come out. Otherwise it can’t come out.

Whatever needs to be added in you for you to become an enlightened being is “Completion”. Whatever needs to be removed from you is the idea you have incompletion.

There is no incompletion itself. If something is there, it will continue to be there. Listen! If something is there, it will continue to be there. From the gold ore, if all the dirt can be removed, and gold finally remains, how can you say there was a time this dirt was part of the gold? Anything which can be removed, how can you say it was part of it? You were insensitive to see both of them separate in the beginning. Now they have become separated to the level you are able to sense, that’s all! Listen! If the dirt is inside the gold, can it be separated? No! Because it was never inside, it can be separated. If the incompletions are part of your programming, it can never be separated. Because it is already out of you, it can be taken out. Understand, now they are out of you, but not to the level you can sense it. Once they are out of you to the level you can sense it, you declare:

पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदम् पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते |

पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ||

Poornamadhah Poornamidham Poornaath Poornam Udhachyathey |

Poornasya Poornamaadhaaya Poornamevaavasishyathey || Continue reading “Is there anything called “incompletion”? If it is not there, why are we perceiving it ?”
