if you take full responsibility of deciding whether it is right or wrong, you can avoid all guilt feelings!

Many times you justify your guilt by labeling it as responsibility. No! How does one differentiate between guilt and responsibility? If you get into a low feeling when you think about it, it is guilt. If you feel intensity and integrity, it is responsibility. This is the clear scale. If you are pulled to low energy at the thought of what you did, then it is guilt. But if you feel good about it, then it is responsibility. Falling into guilt is a clear way of escaping responsibility. Once a man came to me complaining, ‘I am suffering. I have fourteen children.’ I asked him why he chose to have so many children. He replied, ‘Why? God gave me!’ The problem is, we do all that we want to do without taking responsibility for it. After doing it, we feel god made us do it! If we take up responsibility for every action, we will never land up in guilt or trouble.

All guilt related to extramarital affairs comes under this category of sheer lack of responsibility in behavior. Be very clear that extramarital affairs clearly show disrespect to another being, your spouse. You have no right to disrespect another being.

What is the meaning of the relationship of marriage?

Let me explain. Man as such is centered on muladhara chakra or the lust energy center in the body, and woman is centered on the swadhishthana chakra or the fear energy center in the body. That is why man gives in to lust easily and woman gives in to fear easily.

If you see during the traditional vedic marriage ceremony, in front of the sacred fire considered to be a representation of god, the man promises to the woman, ‘I shall give you security and release you from insecurity (fear).’ The woman promises to the man, ‘I shall give you love and free you from lust.’ Both of them decide to liberate the other from their weaknesses. This meditation technique will bring out all the suppressed emotions in you.

Breathing is very closely related to the mind. If your thinking is calm, your breath will be relaxed. If your thinking is aggressive, your breathing will also be aggressive.

What is alchemy?

The process of changing a lower level metal such as copper or iron into gold is alchemy.

In the same way, when our being is ripe the base feeling of lust transforms to love, the highest emotion we are capable of.

Alchemy involves removing the impurities, adding some pure elements and then processing to change the base metal to gold. In the same way, remove the impurity of your fantasies, add the purity of friendliness in your relationship and process this with your patience.

In the beginning, people may not be able to understand the change in you. Just continue with belief and confidence in yourself. At fourteen, the child attains physical maturity. His activities become diversified and the child or teenager doesn’t spend as much time with his parents. The child now begins to collect images from outsiders and media. The media are perfectly aware of this. That is why you will see that all advertisements always have sexual undertones – an attractive woman or man will be modeling for the product, even if the product has nothing to do with them.

Almost all motorbike ads show women, but how many women ride motorbikes! Whatever the product may be, you will find a smiling woman recommending it. When you go to the market, you promptly pick up that product, forgetting that the woman does not come with it! This is the media’s way of cashing in on your suppressed desires.

If you are alert and aware, advertisements can never fool you. Of course, by seeing them, you can always be aware of the latest things on the market, no doubt, but they will not deceive you. Lust is a primal emotion provided by nature for continuation of the species. To go beyond lust is the first major step in realizing the ultimate potential of human life.

Humans are forever confused between love and lust. They think only animals are lustful. Actually only animals are capable of pure lust when they mate! Humans, with their rationalization, can neither be lustful nor loving. That is why they feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled.

When a desire is fully experienced it leaves your system. In ancient times, lust and sex left the householder around the age of forty because they had enjoyed these fully. Physical relationship is used to verify whether the other person is still loving or not, whether you are still loved or not. It is only the doubt that creates bondage. True Love!

In real life, we always look to express our love towards others in some tangible way. Only if love is demonstrated in tangible form, it is considered to be love nowadays. True love is like a communion. It is a resonance between two beings. It can be felt without any expression. It doesn’t need communication because it is already happening as a communion. If you really love a person, then your very body language will show it. It will be too much to express in words. You will feel that any words are inadequate and will only bring down the love that you feel. But if you are using words, then somewhere the love has not really happened. When you have to speak to express love, then somewhere there is a lie in it! You are using the words just to decorate the lie.

Real love liberates because it doesn’t compel you to express it all the time. It just is. Real love also gives you the freedom to freely express what you want to express. You can easily express anything like disapproval or anger and it will not be mistaken for reduced love. Not only that, with real love, there will be no domination or power play in relationships. Each person will be like a beautiful flower that has blossomed to radiate its unique fragrance, that’s all. With real love, there will be no fear or insecurity either.

In normal love, physical distance between two people causes a lot of insecurity and a lack of trust. Real love doesn’t look for utility. It operates on sheer trust and is also beyond space and time. These days I see people gifting each other with so many things to show their love. Gifting has become an expression of love. More and more you complete all the incompletions, the more and more your perception will expand

I will enter into Isavasya Upanishad, thirteenth (13th) verse. Please chant along with me.

anyad-evāhuḥ sambhavād anyad-āhur-asambhavāt |

iti śuśruma dhīrāṇāṁ ye nastad vicacakṣire || 13 ||

 Translation goes:

It is said that from the worship of the imperishable Consciousness, the cause of manifestation [sambhavāt] certainly a different result is attained. And it is said that from the worship of the manifested, perishable entities [asambhavāt] such as gods, spirits, ancestors, a very different result is attained—thus we have heard the revelation from those wise beings who explained that absolute principle to us.

Listen.

What should be your goal? What needs to be worshipped? What should be the ultimate cherished object of you? — that question is being analyzed and answered here. Listen. What should be the cherished goal?

Please understand, whatever you cherish as goal is only worshipped by you. Worship does not mean the few minutes you bow down or the aarti (offering light to divine) you show or the food you offer. Worship means what you constantly remember as highest possibility for you; what you constantly remember as completion of you; what you constantly remember as possibility of you. If you think money will bring fulfillment to you, money fulfills you, naturally money is only worshiped by you. Even if you worship any God in any form you are worshiping for the sake of money. So money is only worshipped in this form. If you are worshiping Lakshmi for the sake of money, you are actually worshipping only money not Lakshmi. Lakshmi is only, as long as she is the embodiment of money. Suddenly if Lakshmi decides – “I am not going to disperse money to people who call upon me”, you will stop worshiping!

So understand, if you are worshiping Saraswati just for knowledge, you are only worshiping knowledge. Whatever you think as the fruit of your life, whatever you think is needed for your completion whatever you think is needed for your fulfillment, what you think as the better half of you, the other part of you… Listen. In one of His teachings, Ramana Maharishi says very clearly – it is very difficult to feel the spirituality, the social conscious awakening is what is required for you to feel fulfillment, because most of us never become sensitive enough to perceive the ultimate truth as it is. I will expand on the fourth verse of Ishavasya Upanishad.  Please recite along with me.

अनेजदेकं मनसो जवीयो नैनधेवा आप्नुवन्पुर्वमर्षत् |

तद्धावतोऽन्यानत्येत तिष्ठत् तस्मिन्नपो मातरिश्वा दधाति ||

Anejadhekam Manaso Javeeyo Nainadhdheva Aapnuvanpurvamarshath |

ThadhDhaavathonyanathyetha Thishttath Thasminnapo Maatharishva dhadhDhaathi ||

 

Understand, yesterday I was expanding on why these qualities of Consciousness, Eesha, are described.  As I said, even if you describe a negative quality, Eesha becomes Eeshwara.  The moment you try to perceive, relate, connect, even to become one with Eesha, he has to grace us as Eeshwara.  Only then he can make us as Eesha.

Please listen!  Again and again, I repeat, “Aham” can never become “Shivoham”.  Only Shiva can extend himself and just take the whole “Aham” inside and radiate as “Shivoham”.  Eesha, the pure space, the Consciousness, without any attributes, you cannot even give the attribute of “Super-Consciousness” or “Super Super-Consciousness”.  The attributeless.  I can say, “attributeless” is not a proper word; that word doesn’t convey the meaning.  “Unattributable” – you cannot attribute anything.  That Consciousness, the moment you try to describe, positively or negatively, the moment you try to describe – ‘Oh, it is compassionate.  It is ever-loving.  It is graceful.’ – then you are giving a positive description.  Or, if you do negative description – ‘It cannot be realized by mind, speech, senses, where the life energy moves and expands.’ – where you give the negative description – ‘Gods of senses cannot overtake and go beyond it.’ – “Nainadhdheva Aapnuvanpurvamarshath” (नैनधेवा आप्नुवन्पुर्वमर्षत्), ‘It cannot be cut by the sword and what not’. 

Understand, whether you give positive attributions or negative descriptions, the Eesha becomes Eeshwara to support us to experience Eesha.  But Eesha and Eeshwara are not two; it is pure Oneness.  Listen!  Eesha and Eeshwara are not two; it is pure Oneness.

When you start working with your team, face all your so-called difficulties.  Listen. Nothing is difficult on this earth, but you have to DO it.  The good news is, nothing is difficult.  The best news is, you have to DO it.  If you don’t do, you don’t need to do, then what for life?  Nothing, nothing is difficult.  When you start relating with your teamily, please understand, the first thing will happen to you is, your ability to speak into your listening will happen.  I tell you, your intestine can be programmed immediately as you want.  If you just know to speak into your listening, your intestine can listen to you immediately.  Your intestine will just listen to you, your heart will listen to you, your liver will listen to you.  I am telling you after experientially experimenting in last two days.

Last two days I was diagnosing the root of this cough.  And I was instructing the body, ‘Hey, alter it yourself.  Clear it.’  The body said, ‘If I have to do this much of work, the throat has to work this much.  Then I may need to recreate the whole throat and the whole organ with a new kind of a strength.  Just give me a few days, I’ll make it happen.’  Then I said, ‘Alright, till you do that, you don’t need to wait for the stomach to become alright.  You clear that.’  I saw clearly, the root of the cough has stopped immediately.  Now, only the throat, the new system is getting built.

Please listen.  Please listen.  I am on national television, and whatever I am speaking, I am responsible for it!  I am telling you on national television, you can talk to your organs, you can talk to your body; it’ll listen to you.  Only when you face your teamily, complete with them, when you learn to speak into their listening, simply you will see, your teamily is nothing but the representations mirrors of your heart, kidney, liver, brain.  If your teamily is completely disintegrated, disorganized, your body is also disintegrated and disorganized, your mind is also disintegrated and disorganized.

Your mind has many components: Chittha, Buddhi.  “Chittha” means, all the memory storage.  “Buddhi” means, which orders a special file to be drawn.  For example, the moment you see somebody wearing the kaavi-coloured dress, you would have had a good and bad experience, both, with that colour.  If your Buddhi orders the bad file and the Chittha will supply that, that is what becomes incompletion.  If your Buddhi orders the good file and that is what the Chittha will supply and that only leads to friendliness.

Understand, whether your perception, sensory activities leads to more and more incompletion or friendliness is decided by the responsibility with which your Buddhi behaves. The responsibility with which your Buddhi behaves.  Listen!  Please understand, if your Buddhi cognizes from the space of Advaitha that, ‘everything I am responsible, I am the source’, then it always orders the right files to the Chittha.  It always orders the right files from the Chittha. Your mind has so many components. Your mind is your teamily.  Your body is your teamily.  Your teamily is your body and mind.  Understand?  When you are able to speak into the listening of your teamily, you will be able to speak into the listening of the different components of your mind, the different components of your body.

I will explain on this principle of teamily, why a teamily.  If you are locked in a prison  of 10 feet by 10 feet, and somebody tells you there that if you are free you will have the whole universe for yourself.  And that foolish, stupid prisoner, he starts imagining, ‘Now only 10 feet x 10 feet I am allowed to use.  Then to acquire 10 feet by 10 feet more, how many years it will take for me?  Then to acquire 100 feet by 100 feet, how many years it will take for me?  Then to acquire one acre by one acre, kilometre by one kilometre, how many years it will take for me?’  If this stupid fellow calculates that way, how he is foolish and does not know the truth, same way only you are struggling saying, ‘This one body controlling itself is taking five year training for me.  Still I have not controlled.  Then one more body I have to control. Then third body I have to control.  By the time I feel oneness with the whole Cosmos, I don’t know how many janmas it is going to take!’  No you are fool!  You are stupid!  If that fellow just gets out of that 10 feet by 10 feet prison, the whole universe belongs to him!  Same way, if you integrate this one body and complete with it the whole universe belongs to you.  The whole Cosmos belongs to you!
