If you feel ‘Whole day I am working, but end of the day, I don’t know what I have done’ means all parts of you still have not woken up!

Listen carefully. Somethings you need to understand about the state of consciousness, to understand the biology, chemistry and physics of the Cosmos. Every night when you fall asleep, it is not that all of you fall in the same deep sleep state or dream state. You are all cut to pieces like a mutton – chicken. One chunk goes to dream-waking, one chunk goes to waking-deep sleep, one chunk goes to dream-deep sleep, one chunk goes to sleep-dream, one chunk goes to sleep-sleep, one chunk goes to dream-dream. You are actually a….sorry but truth….you are a disgusting disaster, not bipolar – multipolar part-part. Your liver goes and settles into dream-deep sleep and kidney goes and falls into sleep-sleep and eyes are into dream-dream. Brain coma-sleep. No, you fall…..no please understand – you fall into different states, when you wake up, don’t think all the parts are retrieved. No! Liver still does not come out of it’s sleep, that is why it is sending the signals of lethargy into your system. Lethargy is nothing but your liver still not come to waking state.

Fundamental problem is – you are out bed does not mean you are awake

Nithya Dhyaan meditation technique

This is a five-step technique, each step being 7 minutes.

1. Chaotic breathing

Duration: 7 minutes

Sit in vajrasana (sitting with the knees folded and your feet tucked under, with the bottom resting on the heels). Normally in our body, the energy flows from the sahasrara chakra (crown center) to the muladhara chakra (root center). Vajrasana posture helps reverse this flow and supports the upward movement of energy. Read More

When you stop choosing what you want to follow from the master’s words, then you will see, the final enlightenment happens to you

I can say all major spiritual traditions can be classified into two major categories. One is the category that gives gradual progress. There will be a clear-cut, defined path, like the five disciplines prescribed by the father of yoga, Patanjali – yama (discipline), niyama (personal conduct), asana (sequence of postures), pranayama (breathing), and pratyahara (withdrawal). It will appeal to the common mind. You can start and slowly continue to progress. It is easy to start but difficult to end, difficult to achieve.

The other tradition will give you the experience directly, especially the Shiva Sutras delivered by Shiva. It is all about techniques that straightaway give you enlightenment. But starting will be a little difficult because logically you cannot feel connected. Read More

Your decision to seek will make you experience it!

There are few Master keys that I received from my Masters, which I used in millions of places and realized the Truths.

One more Master key I received with Ramsurat Kumar, a great Yogi. I was sitting next to him, it was a midnight, two-o-clock in the cremation ground, Amaavasya [moonless night] dark night, some sound, dog barking or something in the cremation ground in one corner. I asked him slowly, “Swamiji everyone always talks about this ghost, bhuta, preta, are you not afraid of it? how are you handling? What mantra are you doing to protect you from that bhuta, preta?

He laughed and just slapped me. He has the habit, whenever he gets excited he will just slap people. This Ramsumat Kumar, whenever he gets excited he will slap people. He slapped me and said, “Aye fool, you, everything outside me, you and everything outside me, all these are my projection. Me, everything outside you, is all your projection, even we are the projection of each other, then how can bhuta come without me projecting it outside!

Listen, he said beautifully. Listen carefully I will explain, I will explain. What he meant, “Even things which you are seeing in front of you is your projection, then unless you project how can a ghost or bhuta or preta can come?” He said beautifully, “Even you are my projection, unless I project, how can bhuta, preta, pisacha can come separately.” It’s all our projection. I don’t know how whether it clicked with you guys or not, but the moment he said, the way he said it just clicked with me, like a Master click, Master key. So after that, anytime, anybody speaks about bhuta, I only applied this; and maybe in 6 months the very idea of bhuta disappeared from me. All these bhuta, preta, pisacha, all that idea, the very idea disappeared from me; because it clicked so strongly with me – “Arey, even the people whom you are seeing, even the things you are experiencing in this world is your projection, even this is your projection. If you see a bhuta, preta, pisacha or ghost or anything that is also your own projection, the moment you remember it is your own projection, they will disappear.” It was such a strong click in me, for that moment it clicked with me so much. Life has no pleasures other than Enriching!

Questionnaire: ‘If Enriching happens by an incomplete person, it doesn’t really reach people. It might help the Enricher but the other person might be going away instead of coming. Should the Enricher be completely complete before enriching?’

Swamiji: “Completely completing” will happen ultimately only with enlightenment. So understand, Completion, Enriching, both are not supposed to be done one after another. Both are supposed to be done simultaneously.

Please understand, in Patanjali’s Yoga, there’s a word called “Ashtanga Yoga” – “Eight parts”. Somehow, unfortunately, all the English Yogis have translated this as “Eight steps of Yoga”. That one small mistake the“anga” word. “Ashta” means “eight”; there is no controversy. This “anga”, instead of translating that word as “parts”, it has been translated… – Not even word, word “parts”, too superficial. Anga word should be translated as “organs” because they have not translated this “anga” as “organ”, instead of organ they translated that as “step”, the whole Yoga tradition has become useless in the West. It has become just small few techniques or the methods to make your body flexible and little health. That’s a disgrace done to Yoga.

Please understand, when you get a diamond and use the diamond just as a vegetable cutter, vegetable cutter, it’s a disgrace to diamond. Same way, when you use such a great power, powerful science just as technique to bring little health. No. It is so unfortunate just that one mistake done by the Max Muellerians, means followers of Max Mueller, trying to translate Hindu scriptures just to destroy Hinduism, not for making the world realize the greatness of Hinduism. In my Sampradaya, in Nithyananda Sampradaya, nowhere the Max Mueller or Max Mueller translations should be accepted as a reference text book. I am banning Max Mueller and Max Muellerians translations of Hindu scriptures. They have done the translation more to abuse the Hinduism, not to make people understand Hinduism. This Max Muellerian translation of the word “Ashtanga”, instead of “the eight organs of Yoga”, it has been translated “eight steps of Yoga”. Over! And people are struggling with the second step and third step – Yama, Niyama, Asana. Over! No one crosses beyond.

Yama is “Integrity”, Niyama is “Authenticity”. Please listen, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana is “Responsibility”. Dhyana and Samadhi is “Enriching”. Read More

Living Advaitha – X

…continued from Living Advaitha IX

Listen, from today, we will start moving towards Completion.  The first step you should take is, listen, now you wrote all the incompletions.  It can be as less as twenty-five, thirty, or as huge as one-thousand, two-thousand.  Now decide from this moment this incompletions will not have power over your decision or cognition.  Listen.  Understand the meaning of this word.  Even till you complete, these incompletions cannot have power over your cognition, your decision-making.  You can sit and complete all these day by day, one by one.

See it’s like a elephants; I have seen temple elephants eating.  They will catch hold of a huge bunch of sugarcanes.  They will eat the sugarcane one by one, or two-three.  But, till they complete eating, till they eat also they will not allow anybody else to come and touch the sugarcanes.  Once they declare it is theirs, it is theirs!  They may be slowly eating, or not eating, they may eat even tomorrow, day-after-tomorrow, but no one can touch it!  Same way, you may complete tomorrow or day-after-tomorrow, but those incompletions cannot have power over you, be very clear!

Declare Completion NOW!  You know all this is incompletions. Understand, Completion works more with your conscious decision. Completion works more with your conscious decision.

Completion is more a conscious decision, less a technique. Pranayama, Yoga, all of them are more a technique, less a conscious decision. Completion more conscious decision, less technique.  Means, your decision plays a major role in completing than actual technique. You just decide now you are complete….over!

I never did in my life sitting and reliving, going through or looking at the mirror twenty-four hours.  I never did all these things.  Simply my Masters showed me, ‘Hey, this is incompletion!  Drop it.’  Over!

So, it is your decision that plays major role. See this penning down is like a identification.  Now what you penned down, even if it is twenty-five page, you should paste it next to your bed.  And every day for next few days, you should read that and tell yourself, ‘I am complete with all these.’  After a few days, you will be bored to read them, because they have no more power over you.  Then you can tear them and put it in the dustbin.  You should feel bored to read your incompletions; then you are COMPLETE.  You should feel, ‘What is this?  This looks like somebody else had all this!  Why am I reading?’

See when I speak to some of the people come to me for healing. Recently, some people came to me for healing, psychological suffering.  They came to India from both side Muslim countries after being tortured.  And you know worst thing, it is not that only Hindus are tortured in Bangladesh and Pakistan; many Muslims are tortured and they run away to India for a peaceful life.  So some of them came to attend the satsang and have the blessing.  When I listened to their problems and the deep – I am honestly telling you, with all my compassion and love for that soul, I put my hand on them and attended to them, healed them, but for a moment I thought, ‘Oh God!  Thank God I was born in Bharat.  Let us keep this Bharat alive!’  Because I can’t even imagine this amount of suffering can be put into people.  I was so shocked!

Same way, I have seen some of the Sri Lankan Tamils who moved to Toronto and Malaysia, even in Tamil Nadu, when they come for healing, ask for healing, Oh God, when I put my hand on them and try to heal, the amount of pain!  Only then you will understand all your incompletions are foolishness!  Because you don’t have suffering, you just create suffering. If you have gone through the real torture in the life, you will not torture yourself, because you are too busy in handling the real torture.  Most of the time, the torture we create for ourselves is just because no work, like entertainment you start creating!

Understand all the incompletions you wrote should look like meaningless.  Till then go on reading it every day and declare Completion.  When you feel some of them you don’t even remember them anymore, you can scratch them.  I wanted all of you to do this very sincerely. One side, the authentic inner-image, outer-image, life-image, others-image; the other side, all the incompletions you are supposed to complete to achieve that authenticity. This is the process for Authenticity. Read More
