’Less reactionary assumptions’ is the space where powers explode and manifest!

Your future can be manifested as you want. It can be planned and planted as you want.

First – bring minimalistic reactionary assumptions in your inner space.

This is the key word: ‘minimalistic reactionary assumptions’. It means: Paramashanta swarupa is powerfulness, whereas reactionary assumptions makes you ugly, old, dead.

Minimalistic reactionary assumptions keep you young, beautiful and alive. Withdrawing from reactionary assumptions is ‘unclutching’.

Assumptions which make you abusively explode, violent, aggressive, are called reactionary assumptions. Continue reading “’Less reactionary assumptions’ is the space where powers explode and manifest!”

Your own Existential experience is only one, your ātman, self. Everything else is your perceptional experience. If you remember in the dream, is this perceptional reality or existential reality?, you will wake up. In the waking state, if you remember, is this perceptional reality or existential reality?, you will be awakened.

Kenopanishad. The sacred secrets revealed in the Kenopanishad.  The 3rd and 4th mantra in the second khanḍaḥ of Kenopanishad.

yasyāmataṁ tasya mataṁ  mataṁ yasya na veda saḥ
avijñātam vijānatāṁ vijñātmavijānatām || 3||

The 4th verse recite along with Me:

pratibodhaviditaṁ matamamṛtatvaṁ hi vindate
ātmanā vindate vīryaṁ  vidyayā vindate ‘mṛtam || 4 ||

I’ll read out the translation for the 3rd and 4th verse, then reveal the sacred secrets.

He by whom, It is not known, to him It is known and experienced; he by whom, it is Known, to him, It is not known or perceived. It is unknown to those, who think they know It well and known to those, who know It not.

The 4th Verse:

It is truly known, when the Self is consciously cognized and subjectively known to oneself in each state of Consciousness with every modification of the mind and intellect. Through such complete, matured cognition of the Pure Self is attained immortality, amṛtatvam —existence in one’s own Self. By Ātman, the Pure Self is attained real strength, the space of powerfulness. And by Vidyā, Complete Knowledge of the Self is experienced Immortality, which is the true nature of Ātman.

If you feel ‘Whole day I am working, but end of the day, I don’t know what I have done’ means all parts of you still have not woken up!

Listen carefully. Somethings you need to understand about the state of consciousness, to understand the biology, chemistry and physics of the Cosmos. Every night when you fall asleep, it is not that all of you fall in the same deep sleep state or dream state. You are all cut to pieces like a mutton – chicken. One chunk goes to dream-waking, one chunk goes to waking-deep sleep, one chunk goes to dream-deep sleep, one chunk goes to sleep-dream, one chunk goes to sleep-sleep, one chunk goes to dream-dream. You are actually a….sorry but truth….you are a disgusting disaster, not bipolar – multipolar part-part. Your liver goes and settles into dream-deep sleep and kidney goes and falls into sleep-sleep and eyes are into dream-dream. Brain coma-sleep. No, you fall…..no please understand – you fall into different states, when you wake up, don’t think all the parts are retrieved. No! Liver still does not come out of it’s sleep, that is why it is sending the signals of lethargy into your system. Lethargy is nothing but your liver still not come to waking state.

Fundamental problem is – you are out bed does not mean you are awake

A basic cognitive shift or a basic psychological revolution, with the simple understanding that what you are seeing may not be reality as you think, can bring tremendous inner healing inside you, can bring a great restful awareness inside you

You may wonder, ‘How is it that every day when I come back to the waking state, I see the same world but every night when I go back to the dream state, I don’t see the same world? This question forms the basis of your idea that the waking state is a permanent reality.

Let us analyze one night’s dream. For example, let us say that you go to sleep on the night of the fourteenth, and on the morning of the fifteenth, you wake up. You sleep for around ten hours. I am sure many of you have had experiences of having lived around ten to twenty years of your life in one night’s dream, in just ten hours. Perhaps the dream starts in your college days and moves slowly, step by step, up to your marriage, your having a son, your son’s marriage, etc. In this way, you live even twenty years of your life in just one night’s dream, am I right? If you have experienced this at least once, you can follow very closely what I am going to present now. Bringing yourself completely out of the waking, dreaming and deep sleep states, is what I call being in meditation!

Many people think meditation involves blindly believing in something. People fear this. They come and tell me, ‘I am afraid that I might get too attached to meditation.’ Understand, meditation itself is nothing but removing your attachment! So you can’t get too attached to it.

Meditation is all about changing the inner software.

People are also afraid that their desires, fears and whatever else they think of as their life will be taken away from them if they start meditating. In a way this is true! Once you start meditating, whatever you thought of as your life until then, will no longer be important to you! The real truths will start revealing themselves to you. All the illusions you were holding until then will start leaving you. All the time you are trying to protect yourself from the basic truths only because you are afraid of losing your illusions about life. What meditation can do and why meditation needs to be practiced ?

We experience two states of mind in our day-to-day life, one is with thoughts, the other is without thoughts. We know we have thoughts when we are awake. In deep sleep, do we have thoughts? No. So there are two states of mind: with thoughts and without thoughts. Continue reading “What meditation can do and why meditation needs to be practiced ?”

An intense seeker will carry the identity about himself throughout all three states – dream, deep sleep and waking.

There are four states of consciousness.

When you have ‘I’ Consciousness and thoughts, you are in the waking state, the state in which you are right now. In this state, ‘I’ has more frequency than your thoughts. So you can control your thoughts.

When you are without ‘I’ consciousness but having thoughts, you are in the dream state. In the dream state, your thoughts are at a higher frequency than your ‘I’ consciousness. That is why you have thoughts in your dreams but you are not able to control them.

When you are without ‘I’ Consciousness and not having any thoughts, you are in the deep sleep state. Normally, we are aware of only these three states of waking, dream and deep sleep.

The fourth state is where you have I consciousness but no thoughts or turiya.

Intensity means being intense every moment in whatever you do. So first you need to be aware of yourself in all the states. Then only you can be intense throughout.

Now you experience who you are with awareness only during the waking state. You feel, ‘I am a doctor,’ ‘I am a lawyer,’ ‘I am an engineer’ and so on. Only if we are aware of the identities that we carry and enjoy in all the three states, we have caught the thread, the center line of all the three states of waking, dream and deep sleep. When we catch the thread of all these three states, suddenly we realize our identity in all the three states. Continue reading “An intense seeker will carry the identity about himself throughout all three states – dream, deep sleep and waking.”

Fourth state of Consciousness – turiya, is the space of thoughtless awareness where intuition and intelligence is expressed!

We have two levels of consciousness and two levels of thoughts.

In the waking state you have ‘I’ consciousness and thoughts, conscious state, called jagrat in Sanskrit.

In dreams you have thoughts but no ‘I’ consciousness. The frequency of thoughts is more than the frequency of ‘I’ consciousness. That is why in the dream state, called swapna in Sanskrit, you cannot control your dreams. The dreams will happen as they want. But in the waking state, you can control your thoughts.

In deep sleep you have neither ‘I’ consciousness nor thoughts, unconscious state, called sushupti in Sanskrit.

There is a fourth state which you have never experienced, what I call intuition or meditation. In this state, you have ‘I’ consciousness but no thoughts. There is no term in the domain of psychology to describe this state. In Sanskrit this state is called turiya. This is what I call meditation or intuition or thoughtless awareness. This state is also called the state of samadhi. If you can experience this zone, this fourth state, you can experience the consciousness, what I call beyond intellect. It is the state where there is bliss or peace or intuition. Even if you had a conscious glimpse of the truth at least once in your life, then you can enter into death with awareness and fully conscious!

When you enter into the dream state and start dreaming, this whole world in which you live now becomes black and white because you are in the dream world. You forget this whole world of your waking state and the dream world becomes very real and seen in multicolor. If you come out of the dream, this whole world that you wake up to is again seen in four dimensions, 4D.

Now when you are in this physical body and in the waking state, you experience this world as 4D, in multi-color. When you are in the dream world, you experience that world as 4D. So, when you are here, the dream world becomes black and white, and this world becomes 4D, and when you are there, the dream becomes 4D, and this world becomes black and white.

In the same way, when you move away from the physical body to the pranic body at the time of death, this whole physical world will become unreal and seen in black and white. All your achievements, your pride, your efforts, your sorrow, your happiness, everything will no longer have any meaning and will appear in black and white. You will wonder, ‘Why did I do all this work? Why did I think of all this as a base for my life?’

Let me explain why this happens. Continue reading “Even if you had a conscious glimpse of the truth at least once in your life, then you can enter into death with awareness and fully conscious!”

There is no such thing as ‘mental disease’ can exist as mind is a fluid

Om Poornamadhah Poornamidham Poornaath Poornam Udhachyathey |
Poornasya Poornamaadhaaya Poornamevaavasishyathey ||
|| Om Shanthi Shanthi Shanthih ||

Om, the Yon is full, Fullness.
Fullness, this from Fullness, fullness doth proceed.
Withdrawing Fullness’s Fullness off,
Even Fullness then itself remains.
(Brihadaranyaka Upanishad)

Now, an introduction, understand.

A normal man’s life in the waking state runs based on logic. How much ever you condemn logic, you can’t drop it, understand? Even after realizing the state of God, if I feel like sneezing, I have to pick up the kerchief and wipe my face. It will not come by itself and wipe my face. A waking state of human life is bound by logic, it functions by logic. Logic is the law of waking state of human life.

But, human life is not just waking state as we are all made to strongly cognize. That is where we need to understand.

Listen. When the emotion interferes in any equation, logic loses its base. For example, two plus two is four (2 + 2 = 4) is logic. But, in a painting, the paint you used and the canvas put together is not painting. That is not equivalent to painting. Listen. You can’t even come to the logical conclusion the amount of force used by the painter on the brush which reached the canvas and made the paint stick to the canvas. No! The amount of paint used, the amount of force used, the canvas used, all put together can never equate painting, because, the component of ‘emotion’ involved! That is why even the country law gives huge punishment if the crime is heinous crime. All murderers don’t get hanged. Only if it is ‘rarest of the rare’, they get hanged. What decides the ‘rarest of the rare’? The emotion involved in it; like a child is killed. A child is raped and killed. Naturally, too much of emotion involved in it. The child has a future; it can’t defend itself; it can’t protect itself; defenseless! Life, which has a future, when that is harmed or killed, naturally it becomes ‘rarest of the rare’ crime. Understand, in any field, when the emotion is involved, logic cannot be taken to the end, and that does not give the right result.

Emotion is the ‘Smell of Consciousness’. That is why your dreams can never be logically analyzed or concluded. Suddenly you will be sitting with somebody, who you never want to see in your life – waking state, and having breakfast. Instead of breaking fast, you will be breaking your head. Listen.
